Squats: 3x8 WU; 3x6 w/ 2.5 m breaks, start with a weight you can hit 10, and increase each set.
Last week I hit 315x7 with 90s breaks. Don't know if it was the slight increase in weight on curls, bad diet, or ____? Either way, I knew if I tried for 5 I wasn't going to come up.

Leg Press 595.33
60s rests

Set 1 : 360x5

-3x5 WU; 3x8 work. With red and blue band, red wrapped twice.

Sweet looking yard... what is in the pond?

Frogs and Goldfish. The goldfish are only 2-4" because the pond dried out a couple years ago. There has been pretty large koi in there in the past.

Fried frogs legs are legit man. Sorry, that's the southern illinois coming out in me.

I take your word for it. I wouldn't be opposed to trying some though.

Back is nice and sunburned today. I made it up early even though I really, really wanted to sleep.

They taste like chicken! At least the frog legs I've eaten in the past did. Like tiny little chicken legs lol

I think I will be trying squirrel here soon. Not sure what to expect, I've heard mixed opinions.

Blah!!!! My dad loved squirrel but my mom won't let him eat it. It use to make me barf. I can't even watch animals on TV when I eat.

Lol, nooooooo!!!! And unless you like game-y meat, add tons of herbs and seasoning. The skin is tough also but that may be the way my dad cooked them. When my dad use to hunt them, he'd burn and skinned them before he brought them home. Blah.... Makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. I can picture the boiled head. Ommmmmmg!

Really like your yard but the pond rocks. I had a pond at the last house and miss it. Add koi brother! I really found it relaxing to sit and watch them. Oh, killed the legs I see!

Frog leg & gator basically taste like chicken (for real) with a slight fishy/aquatic aftertaste. But really similar to chicken thigh, & both are delicious (at least fried, but so are a lot of things battered/fried, so take that fwiw).

Zimmerman once ate some guinea pigs on some island. They looked phenomenal, & I'd like to eat it someday. Guinea pigs are also adorable, & when my aunt had them I could cuddle with them the entire time we'd visit. I could never kill one unless I was starving, but if it's already dead I'd love to eat it lol

Fancy rats-agree 100%. Wood rats with a bushy tail is always how I looked at them as well. My dad loved eating them. Used to crack the skull and eat the brains. Him and gramps. Yuck. Not me

Had gator but no snake. But I'm in favor of if if tastes like chicken , I'd rather have chicken lol.

Guinea pigs , awfully close to rats too. But I might give it a try.

I had some free time: New PR on front squat. 225x1, and my legs are still trashed from Tuesday. I'm getting better at balancing the bar.
