Simplified, but most things that increase anabolic signalling seem to encourage healthy AND cancerous tissues to survive. Unless you're at high risk for cancer and eat a really terrible diet you shouldn't need to worry too much.

It's concerning that it stimulates mTOR? LOL. Better stop eating all protein in your diet, all carbs in your diet, cut out all protein powders and BCAAs, etc.
