Some estrogen is good just for overall health.
Formestane doesnt wipe out estrogen at any dose so there is no real concern.

Some AI's can wipe it out. Letro for example.

Formeron will work well as an AI at relatively low doses for most. For a more anabolic effect 4 pumps is good.

Okay cool I was hopen for an anabolic effect, but didnt know if four pumps would kill that.

Hi Brundel,

Wanted to update you. I removed the prework supplement and just used coffee and no longer experience some of the sides I was telling you about. However, I notice something incredible with Formeron, it somehow remove a bit of gyno that I had. I was smiling when I saw this, this morning. I still have puffiness but will that go away? Also, when I stop using Formeron, will this bring back Gyno? I am incredibly shocked on how it removed it.

Does this effect the kidney? I am starting to feel something in my lower back.

I think it Could be just dry joints from estro being crushed

4 wont.
6 and test levels were still sky high in testing so......Its hard to say.

Form will inhibit it more then 6 bromo by about 10%

It is a suicidal inhibitor. The alpha isomer is the more "anabolic ". However due to the steric strain on the molecule their is supposedly no suppression

Most pct product is 6 bromo use the beta isomer which is the less "active" as the alpha is the more active anabolic

Think 4a hydroxyandro vs 4b hydroxyandro. Alpha isomer is what's used

6 bromo is not sold anymore that I have seen

Either way for there to be significant shutdown you need a pretty high dose. Anabolic doses were ranging between 200-400mg.

Suppression I would say you would need to double that

Max e2 suppression for both isomers was 72-76%

You can go longer or shorter but 8 weeks is good.

I had really bad aches and pains everywhere..no motivation, tired all the time and I couldn't sleep right. After reading some posts on here plus the internet, it turns out, I was too low in Estrogen, I was taking 4 pumps a day for months. The side effects of low estrogen are as bad as high estrogen. This is my own fault, now that I stopped for 2 days I feel a ton better. But this just shows the potency of this product, I will re-continue in a week, but this time the advised 2 pumps a day.

Generally speaking Formeron is better than most AI's in this regard because it has a point where there will be no more AI effect and only anabolic effect.
Approx~500mg weekly injected. Unsure exactly how this equates to TD application.
4 months is a long time for 4 pumps though. A break at lower doses is a good idea

4+pumps seems to be a good dose. 4 works well. Ive seen guys do 6-8 but it gets extremely expensive.

Formeron IS an ai. No pct needed.
It can be used for pct.

After even a high dose cycle low estrogen would drive test levels up.

Abs are made in the kitchen, estrogen reduction has its limits on bodyfat IMHO. I would re-vamp a high protein diet along with plenty of greens, greens provide fiber which is great for fat loss.

Change your diet and add some cardio.

Drop calories in the form of carbs. NO sugar ever. No fruit etc. Carbs from only low GI carbs and no carbs at night.
drop 500 cals.
Add in 30 min on the stairs after training or first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

I work out at home now and I'm in the process of getting a treadmill. So, in the mean time, I have incorporated super sets in my routine. Just started doing this on Monday. It was brutal at first but I eventually got used to it. I rest no more than 35 seconds between sets.

Hey so since formeron blocks dht would it counter a dht based pro hormone?

Im thinking about stacking 5-alpha test and formeron, but dont know if that would be counter productive. The 5-alpha basically converts into straight uo dht.

Formeron doesnt block dht.
It binds to the enzyme that converts testosterone to dht but only at a low level.
So...dht or dht derived = fine
If its a ph to dht it depends on the pathway.

Yes you can but there should be no need while on cycle. TBH there is no need for it in PCT for epi either but in some cases rebound gyno is a possibility and you will be glad you have Form on hand. To be extra safe there us no harm running it at 2 pumps through PCT.

Please note this would be in addition to a PCT if used, not in its place.

Yeah really I just saw the stuff for dirt cheap on one site and thought it would be worth a try for a mild summer cut. Ill look into the paths thanks for being knowledgeable
