So, with the lowest side effects product out there, im struggling to sleep.

Get a weird numb feeling and feel generally uncomfortable
I know 50% is in my head as I got a panic attack just on a low dose SARM, so the extra pressure and worry does add to it

Ive got some on cycle support now, so hopefully will help but anything I can do about the insomnia?

Are you using it in the morning or at night?
 
how long you been on it and what dose are you using..?

Im using 1.5ml per day now for the last 9 days and haven't noticed any difference good or bad in
my sleep patters and I have not felt any thing out of the norm as of yet.
 
This was literally day 1 - i slapped it on first thing after a shower, was fine all day then come night time i woke up after an hour with a numbing tingly feeling all over.
As I say, ive since bought some support supps and going for another try tomorrow but this time 0.5ml to begin with and test from there

Swaer i looked leaner in one day than i did on a month of natty test boosters
 
Im saying, something very anabolic is working as its causing symptoms found with all anabolics.. ie. body heat, leaning up, libido after administration and then insomnia.

Im just wondering if theres anyone out there who can help with the insomna - i have sleep aids but unsure if safe to use them herbal or otherwise in conjunction with this product

Theres definitely an anabolic effecct and an anti-cortisol effect happening. After 7 days @ 1.5ml per day using
the product my waist measurements have gone from 32 3/4" to 32 1/4". Definitely seeing the leaning effect.

Im looking forward to the next 4-6 weeks, Im hoping to see some more leaning around the mid section and
more vascularity over all

I dont see why you couldnt take an OTC Sleep aid with this product.
 
Interested in more info here, just about to start two bottles myself at 1.5mL per day. I guess that makes my cycle 6 weeks total.

Just curious as to what PCT others are using? I've seen various recommendations, and my PCT will be an OTC test booster and DAA, with an AI.

As for sleep issues, I would think that would be the result of a nighttime application. I'll certainly be on the lookout for this, but I use a sleep aid with melatonin, theanine. lavender, chamomile, etc.
 
PCT - pes erase (maybe) or HCGenerate or similar.
I have a serm but its probably more toxic than beneficial.

Patrick says no pct required but he also isn't sure 100% what this does or how.... for me its fish testosterone!

About 10% deficit off my TDEE. Roughly 2300 calories per day.

I was eating at TDEE for the 2 weeks previous to starting 11-keto, then switched to 10% deficit
when I started the 11 xi-kt. I weighed and measure myself every Sunday morning.

I'm applying .75ml on each side of the body (clavicle, shoulder, neck & pecs) for a total of 1.5ml per day.
Applications are done every morning after my shower and I usually wait 15-20 minutes before dressing.
Im also using a hair dryer after application, so it dries a little quicker. Seems to cut drying time down.

I plan on running this 1st bottle @ 1.5ml per day for 3 weeks, then I have a 2nd bottle that I'm going to
run @ 2ml per day for 2 weeks, for a total of 5 weeks. If that goes well and I'm still seeing results, I plan
on buying a 3rd bottle and run it @ 2ml per day for an additional 2 weeks, for a grand total of 7 weeks.
 
Good luck, let me know if you get any of the weird insomnia, its like mild pins and needles but all over. Weird, im the only one reporting it so far but next attempt will have support supps in my system and Ill try a mild sleep aid
 
no problem bro. Will do.

right now the only think that gets me up at night, is my bladder. I drink so much water
throughout the day, that I have to get up in the middle of the night to relieve myself :)
 
I did wonder if mines water related - I had drank coffee through the day and the 'issue' was only relieved when I drank water by my bed

I didn't think much of it but im wondering if its the cause, I may just need to drink more

You may have identified the problem, I certainly hope you have! Insomnia is no fun!

It may be a combination of the 2. You may not be drinking enough water and might be drinking too much coffee,
especially if its later it the day.

The caffeine can definitely keep you up and it will also dehydrate you as well., So you need to drink more H2O.
 
Just an FYI disrupted sleep pattern is a side effect of 11 ketotest. Completely normal. That's why it's best to apply in the morning rather than at night although you still may get this affect regardless. Other side effects are loss of libido and being more prone to injury due to lowered cortisol levels. In theory 11 keto SHOULD interfere with negative cortisol effects while still giving the user the positive effects associated with cortisol. However, everyone's different so people respond differently
 
well, on it today, going to keep my fluids up all day, ive got my on cycle support supplements and ive gone for a lower dose to begin with.

Hopefully less sides this time around

JD, was the DHEA you took orally just regular oral DHEA..? because most users report more energy from it.

Usually is Assault.


both have caffeine, large quantities.

Either way they help me to get my ass in the gym when im tired, if ive got the energy already I don't bother

I guess it just depends on how Stim sensitive you are.

Currently I'm dose 11 xi-kt @ 7am, then the ECA stack around 9am, then I take my PWO around 4:30pm
and so far I'm 10 days in and no bad sides to speak of.
 
ah, that seems like a mad stack there, but no im not crazy stim sensitive, I just wondered how it would affect BP, guessing not much

Definitely. No BP issues to speak of. I usually take it when not on any stims and its usually 110 / 72
When Im on, its probably still within normal high ranges.

I used to take mad stims when I was younger, but then became very sensitive to them when I developed
anxiety issues in my late 20's and early 30's and quit taking all stims except for my coffee once or twice a day.

About 18 months ago I began experimenting with PWO's supps and thats when I started gradually getting
used to stims again. And recently (about 2 months ago), I started testing really lose doses of ECA to see if
I could handle it. Started with less then a 1/4 Ephedrine with my morning cup of coffee, then after 2 weeks
went to a 1/3 Ephedrine tab, then 2 more weeks and up to a half of a tab. Now after 2 months I'm finally
handling a full tab.
 
Just picked up 2 bottles of XI-KT to run here for the end of my cut. Pretty interested to see how this goes. Anyone have any thoughts on trying to take a natty test booster throughout the cycle as a kind of extra light "test base"? With the limited suppression I'm sure its not necessary but it might help with the libido aspect. Thoughts?
 
libido is higher on this than normal which is cool :)

Last night, no insomnia, in fact I slept better - just my dry throat and water drinking kept me up. I was dehydrated this mronig so felt a bt numb but fine once I hydrated. I clearely need to keep drinking water all day on this stuff

still on 0.5ml though, will ease in slow and ramp up to 1ml next week - I think 1ml in one go was just too much for me, some people take 1.5ml all day long with no issues, but you gotta listen to your body right?

Great workout too, best in ages!
 
RE: PCT As Pes Erase is no longer PES erase, im gonna go with LeCheek AD-3 PCT as it has erases old formula in it plus other stuff (velvet bean as per usp powerful). Just posted they now do a ph too, may be worth a look

My Play is to use 1.5ml for 20 days, then bump to 2ml for 14 days. If everything is going
good Im going to buy another bottle and do 14 more days @ 2ml as a bridge into PCT.
 
slight flu-like feeling today, ive had this though with a test run of anavar, so imagine its my test levels rising. duretic effect is strong for me, literally look good overnight lol but I notice some real size in the gym yesterday.

mild compounds im interested in most like these, as it means I can run them again and get little sides for more reward than if I was running without them (I guess, a bit like why people test test boosters).

I agree. Dermacrine is a pretty awesome product too. I was tempted to stack with XI-KT, but not sure how much more it would help.

I also only have so much skin, LOL.

I never got to try FormaSurge before it was DCed, but Ironflex just released a new version without the Resveratrol.

Same here. I'm really hoping it pans out. Would love to use this in my future arsenal of supps.
I know diet is key to any composition changes, but its nice having an advantage when using
additional catalysts to push you beyond your normal limits.

Mr Cooper used it for 30 days @ 1ml and had noticeable results in his midsection. Plus others
have said similar things about it using 1ml up to 3ml per day.

After doing 11 keto for 7 weeks, my post cycle will include 7 keto for 8 weeks

Melatonin or chamomile tea should be fine
 
Ugh - so i took the weekend off the product (as i was away on a trip and likely to have many beers) and began a low dose again monday. I felt again ok in the day, but then got the flu symptoms AGAIN and couldnt sleep when i was woken up on hte night. I thought about quitting int he night but gave an even smaller dose of 0.25ml this morning, i felt like crap! flue symptoms, bunged up nose, hot cold shivers etc. so ive washed and wiped it all off and im calling it quits

something in there doesnt agree with me, i guess even with support supplements im affected by uncomfortabel sides on any hormonal product.

As theres no information online, tried googling, and ended up googling similar 11oxo products and straight up test, i cant come to a conclusion if its good or, normal or harmful, so ill listen to my body and stop.

All the reviews say they get no sides, so im presuming thats the norm and so im out.

On sale on ebay in a day or two, might grab some pes erase as i enjoyed that, and the laser lypo ive seen advertised to reduce the bodyfat i was hoping to shed on my belly that ive had since my early 20s along side a low cal diet and usual regular exercise regime

Yea yea it was just M1D black by lg sciences. 3 caps 2x a day = 300 mg oral DHEA. Using that in combination with formeron and 11 keto test I was able to recomp at 3500 cals. Boosted my metabolism like crazy
 
You should just stop hormonal products and never run them again.

Wow, I'm not having any sides like that. My libido is crazy, I get a euphoric feeling after application and am sleeping well.

How much you looking for, and how much did you have left?

My run is going well so far, no sleep issues at all. Glad to hear that the Dermacrine is working out for you.
 
Honestly, a lot of this sounds psychogenic. You said that on day 1, you immediately felt weird and looked much leaner. This simply is not possible. I am unaware of the volume of distribution of 11-kt, but it takes 4-5 halflives of a drug metabolized by 1st order kinetics in order for steady state plasma concentration levels to be reached. The first dose ever would be a drop in the bucket and certainly would not make you look leaner in mere hours, as lipolysis and beta oxidation must be elevated chronically to observe this. Even if you take the strongest lipolytic out there (DNP, clen), you will not notice changes in hours. The same would apply to a lot of the things you felt "right away." So I think there may be some psychogenic somatization at play here

Well I missed this, my point is almost certainly correct then. It would probably be best for you to avoid any "enhancers" of any kind and possibly seek out psychiatric support if this is interfering with your quality of life.

Curious why you finish 11 OXO and then use 7 keto in PCT. Can you elaborate on this?? thx
