Not a waste, but I agree with Bob that running more will be a more enjoyable time for you. Because I really like the 6/9 dosing protocol and lift 5 days a week, so it adds up really quickly (50+ caps/week).

Thanks for the update. I've already got my Amino here. Just tried it for the first time today. Mix is incredible. It's more like a preworkout powder then a bcaa product as it has absolutely zero floaters or anything. Instant mix. The fruit punch flavor is also different from any of the other USP fp. It's a bit tangier and not nearly as sweet which is nice. I mixed it with a scoop of fp fitmax after tasting it and that was the perfect amount of sweet and tangy. The boost I got was just right. Nothing crazy but certainly a noticeable little kick of energy. Perfect for fasted training.

Formulas are 100% different. Comparing apples to oranges, Amino IV is stim-free Amino Lift has stims. Both have different amounts of aminos and breakdowns of EAA/BCAA's and extra goodies.

Coming from USP labs, its going to be another quality product.

Just got my package today. Thanks, USP! Already using powdered agmatine right now (every morning), but as soon as that runs out, I'll (happily! lol) start using the agmatine caps and will have to string together a good run of Prime sometime soon, too.

Is there a write up on AminoLift anywhere? Been looking around for more info but coming up empty.
 
Thanks sir, but was looking for more info on some of the contents of the product. More specificially if one scoop is enough for your typical intra amino uses.
