You'd be good for that as well. Was thinking about logging after I lean out a bit and can spare the finds for it. I'd need two bottles but ATM my website is my priority.
I'd like someone to log who has everything planned out and has run a specific program long enough to know what kind of strength increments and body comp changes are to be expected after 8 weeks regardless of the addition of supplements.
No change in intensity, volume, rep ranges above or below what is planned and eating at the same intake they were prior to beginning or adding/ subtracting if that is what the trend was prior to starting. In other words, not changing anything drastically.
