Should Astragalus M. be added as a staple?

I liked CREignite a lot so and I guess it's not being produced any longer? I can still find it I'm sure but I want to check out other products that contain it. So any helpful suggestions would be appreciated!

So my question is how many of you use Astragalus quite often? Should it be used in every ones staple list of supplements? In mine it would go along side creatine, taurine, betaine, carnitine, etc.

I don't think many people will consider it a "staple". Seems to be advantageous to use alongside creatine.

We put it in MyoSynergy. Whether or not it is a "staple" supplement depends on what an individuals criteria is for that.

Good point.

I think many interpret a staple being something like creatine or fish oil - something not easily attained through diet.

I saw it around a few places still in stock but interesting since this popped up today Invalid Link Removed

Also has an effect on endurance which could be why a lot of MyoSynergy users are noticing increases in that.

Am I mistaken in saying that it also increases absorption of other ingredients? I wonder to what degree? I might start adding it in with my preworkout concoction, since the increased endurance is also welcomed.

Speaking of myosynergy, I ended purchasing it to run in a couple weeks. I'll definitely review my experience with it.

Astragalus from what I've heard contributes to healthy telomeres. If antiaging is what your after astragalus might be a good staple...Although I don' t believe even then you would still be getting enough of the active in astragalus to help regenerate telomere length. Someone can chime in.
