Curious, would it be beneficial to take 300 mg of 11-oxo post workout as cortisol control only. This would be couples with formeron and dermacrine . I just want to cover the base of cort control, this is a recomp stack as well. I just have so much 11-oxo I might as well use it.

So you want to run a cycle of 11 oxo? Probly wouldn't be to beneficial, your cortisol is always up and down. Why not just run a high dosed cycle if you have so much

Because I don't need to nor do I want to. I just wanted an effective cortisol control.

Post would the worst time to take it, IMO. You want that cortisol spike from training.

This is what I was thinking.

That's why when I read it, it was in the tunedsports bible, it didn't make sense to make. Seeing how it takes time to kick in, as everything does, it would make sense to take it pre training to control cortisol, after really doesn't make sense now that I look at t

I would take it only in the morning upon waking.

But your best bet is a diurnal cortisol saliva test, so you can see the times I'd the day your cortisol levels spike, then handle it.

I assume that the same would apply to something like XI-KT? Just curious, as I train in the early morning (heavy lifting and cardio after) and shower after training.
