Order problem!help!

hello there i would like a NP Rep to answer mostly...i just placed an order on friday 2/5 and i bought the fastest shipping plan which cost me around 50$ (2-4 days) so everything went fine until some minutes before when i get a message from nutraplanet support saying my order has been shipped....i took my order number and logged in Fedex to check when my order will arive...i was surprised when i saw that my order will arrive on 12/5!!! thats not 2-4 days guys!!! whats wrong with my order? and why so many days when i payed for the fastest shipping plan? Thanks in advance...
 
You try calling or emailing NP direct? I'd gander that'd be the fastest route for an answer...
 
yes i emailed them...they keep responding with automated emails just giving me the tracking ID of Fedex lol
 
i just contacted fedex saying i need to pay more than 50 euros so i can get my supplements from there cause of some short of policy wtf???!
 
nutraplanet says i can get money refund when they get the products back but that doesnt include shipping plan (50$) and they say they will keep 25% of the money i paid for the order?!?! WTF???
 
That's terrible. Can always give orbit a shot or one of the other board sponsors

If you paid for 2-4 day shipping and didn't get it, make sure you get in touch with customer service. They'll make sure you get what you paid for or you get a refund.
 
im totally dissapointed from nutraplanet i advice everyone that lives out of america and especially from greece not to buy from there...they kept my shipping money 50$ also 25% of my order money...almost 50$ totall 100$ thats a scam...and the fault isnt even mine that the products stuck on fedex...they should have warned me...
 
Well tbh, you shouldn't have ordered from outside EU to begin with. Then you have to deal with import dues and customs clearance, which takes forever
 
it was the first time i ordered from them...i believe they should have warned me...

It says it in their shipping policy as well as every other company's policy to make sure you know your country's import/export rules. Otherwise they just wouldn't ship outside the US because that would require them to know every country's import/export laws as well as every country's banned ingredient list
