It's pollen time here. You guys had so much rain, I bet the mold/mildew is now an issue. When I wore glasses they sometimes would cause my eyes to get tired/itchy just due to vision correction.
I just saw a recipe for a tuna type burger on YouTube. It is so delicious and easy as hell to make. You just brown it on the stove.I eat lots of chicken, and this week I'm having some cottage cheese and Greek yogurt for breakfast. I could probably eat cottage cheese all day. I haven't had it in a while, but I also like tuna. I feel the same when it comes to red meats. Unfortunately, I don't do much red meat.
No, my wife and I have the same issue! Mine has been going for weeks and hers just started last week. We both don't wear glasses, one day it even hurt cause it burned to close my eyes, crazy. Oh and nice workout! That's some great weight on the meadows rows and hitting the 100 on DB rows, your back got worked!I don't know if it's allergies or what, but my eyes have been so irritated and itchy in the afternoons and evenings the last couple days. Could also be that this is normal for getting used to glasses? Anyone else that wears glasses (or not) experience this? The doc said after I stopped medicated drops it would take a while for my eyes to get used to not having them, but my right eye has been droplets for a little while. I'm going to try and put my OTC eye drops in every couple hours today and see if the helps, instead of doing it only when they feel dry. Grr.

Great session!
Have you ever tried the allergy shots? I love it! Sometimes my eyes get extremely itchy and it gets so annoying. Benadryl has been helping me and so has hydrocortisone.
Insane volume! Very nice brother! This on low calories should shred you quickly.
Nice deads brother...
Do you put anything in your cottage cheese? I am not too fond of it on its own.

I love it on its own but just for variety I have been known to add:
Diced tomato and black pepper
Cinnamon and Walden's maple syrup
Peanut or almond butter
Berries of choice + a dash of stevia
Some people out fruit in it. Adding salsa helps. Hot sauce can fix almost anything as well
Nice work in here man. Loving the leg day! Strong pulls!
That's about 1200 calories right there! I bet you're hungry!! Nice job brother!
I've already had my post workout meals and am not supposed to eat again before 10.

Probably cottage cheese and cherry tomaters for breakfast.
Edit:
I'm not a big fan of tomatoes, I prefer fruit on my cottage cheese.
Tomatoes have fewer calories so I get to eat more stuff.

SOunds like you had a great time though! The festival was a lot of fun. I never ended up having any shrimp. Our friends asked us to stay at their beach house, so, diet ended up being shot. After having cheesy chicken, oily pasta, and yummy baked beans, I said screw it and had an adult beverage and a little fudge. Diet is back on point through, and with all my walking yesterday I probably didn't go far over maintenance. Piecing together my meals for the week now. Looking like I'll add in grilled catfish and 90/10 beef this week to change things up.![]()

It was fun. They are great friends, the kind you don't find but a couple times during your life. Raise their kids the way and everything.
When I married my wife I moved to Toronto, from about 75 minutes away. Really don't have friends in the city here, most of my friends now are 'from her' if that makes sense. Thankfully my kids did fine with the transition.
