I'm definitely getting the night sweats. Not drenched but definitely sweaty. If I get up to go the bathroom I'll sit on the bed a minute to allow myself to dry off lol.

Blackstone or lgi has always treated me well. Can't say much about their trens no sides at 200 a day makes me feel like it may be bunk or that it's conversion rate is very weak.

really? huh .. I know someone who just ordered some fairly recently, right off the phf site
ELITE tren worked very well for me last yr, solid and a good price
and Olympic Labs seems to have a version from what I've heard, 90ct at 30mg per cap, pretty tall dosing
you got some options it would seem..
 
I love ****ing love in this moment. She is rad.

As far as oral tren, I ran it at 210 mg for like 6-7 weeks and noticed very very little. Big waste of money. I used BSL and lgi.

Going with tren ace next time

You can really feel the muscles burn and that tight contraction lets you tune into the muscle. It really got my whole back buzzing.
 
You should change out DB rows for Meadows rows or one arm barbell rows.
You can thank me later.

Also, Idk about the slow concentric on rows it usually turns it into a bicep exercise. But if it works for you stick with it

Thanks ace...I'll definitely check out the meadows rows. And you're right about the slow rows, it can easily turn into a bicep pump. Amazingly it didn't for me though. I think I've really got this mind muscle connection down. I've actually always had good awareness of my body, so utilizing this style of tempo should really benefit my progress...allowing me plenty of room for progressive loads since I can get a lot out of the lighter weights. I also find that it helps to let the bar/handle rest in the meat of my fingers rather than grip it full handedly...reduces arm pulling and let's me focus on my back.

My food porn is more like a food B-movie compared to snags...but this is 60g quinoa, 8oz tuna, and 2 servings of broccoli/cauliflower. Eat em up!
