What is your favorite cheat meal?

As long as dont go over my macros i should be ok right as long i hit them ill still loose wight?

Yep cals in vs cals out is the basic rule of thumb however hitting your macros will ensure that you retain as much muscle as possible

I prefer to stay away from simple carbs all together when cutting

Bread has a lower GI than many other simple carbs out there
But in essence GI means nothing because none of us eat carbs solely by themself
so when we add protein and fat sources to a meal with a carb its totally lowered, i can almost guarantee you wont eat just bread at a meal

Overall, if you are a lighter chocolate fan, that enjoys a true whopper this is a perfect definition of a Chocolate Malt flavored ice cream that has a great caramel blend into the mix. Think about a true milk chocolate, added malt, and again the caramel. That is exactly what this pint has to offer. Seeing I have never had a "Chocolate Malt" ice cream before this was something new and something I wanted to try compared to the Chocolate Cake Batter (which is a darker chocolate on the handel's line) and their basic chocolate flavor which resembles a hershey chocolate bar. I was very pleased with this, but if they did include some sort of mix-ins or a denser caramel swirl this would get a better grade.

Grade: B

The Fudge brownies are rich, they are on the softer side, and remind yourself of a brownie diced up and thrown into the mix. The overall chewiness is a great factor, and full of flavor that compliments everything in the pint very well. This was a perfect mix-in for this pint if you are a chocolate lover! The only gripe I have is the size of the mix-ins, if they were larger in size like the truffles in SSC then this would be golden and maybe worthy of an A-. But for the very strong and powerful belgian milk chocolate base similar to an amplified Hershey bar, small chocolate swirl, and brownie pieces this is a killer offering from Talenti and I rank this in my top 3 behind Sea Salt Caramel and Chocolate Peanut Butter, then I would put Southern Butter Pecan at #4.

Hey I just saw this... The recipient was as follows

1 cup of kodiak cake mix
1 grated carrot
1 T of cinnamon
2 T of baking stevia
Dash of nutmeg

Bake in muffin tins at 350 F for 15 mins

The frosting was

1 scoop of PES snickerdoodle
1 dollop of NF Greek yogurt
Almond milk to desired consistency

It was super easy and absurdly delicious

The buffalo chicken dish looks amazing. The dipping sauce, is that just some type of Greek yogurt with PB mixed in?

Personal preference. I like it post workout. 500 calories in a cheat is a good place to start. If you feel like you can handle more add another 500. Primarily carbs or your cravings if they are bad.

My re feeds are low in fat high in carbs.

You dont need to eat 6 meals a day there is your first problem
Replace one meal with a cheat meal
best results comes from enjoying some moderation
Hitting your kcals
Training hard/Smart

Rinse/Repeat.

Cheat meal size / portion is up to you sir.

Overall this pint is great, is it awesome? I don't think I can give it an A+ or an A, but it really starts to really crack into that grade. The base is solid, the pecan pieces are brittle, abundant, but lack size (not flake like, but not even halved pecans) and the caramel swirl really adds an amazing compliment to the pecans. The Swirl is not as dense as I would expected based off what I found in the Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, or a swirl found in Turkey Hill Pumpkin which was one of the best swirls I have had. A top caramel swirl would be something found in Kopper Kettle Caramel (2nd Street). Deserving of a B grade without a doubt, but I give it a B+ due to the amount of mix-ins, solid base, and complimenting swirl.
