Recomp...EC or YC with F-95

Hi,

I was wondering which would be better to do pre-workout for a body recomp...

200mg Caffeine, 24mg Eph

Or

400mg Caffeine, 15mg Y HCL (that is approx 1mg/lb).

F-95 would be 100mg per day.

Would Y HCL be better for LISS cardio?

Any problem with split doses, e.g. EC morning, YC afternoon if doing LISS cardio?

Are you asking if 24mg e + 200mg c would be better than 12.5mg y + 400mg c

Or if you can dose it like that?

If so, then yes, if you can run ECY. I personally cannot, but I'd suggest jumping in slowly to assess your tolerance, etc
 
Both 200 mg caffeine 24 mg ephedrine 2.5 mg yohimbine 50 mg Forskolin

Only run both of you're sure you can handle it all. I personally can't and would go with ec and forskolin.

I don't get jitters from Y and Eph at 24mg I don't feel much.

I guess I am quite stim tollerant but by same token I don't want to do anything dangerous.

I also read recently not to take Tyrosine with Y but previously read (Lyle McDonald) to take 1g Tyrosine with 15mg Y and 400mg C...so I am a bit confused on that point too...at least that is what I think I read!

Yeah, he recommends it in SFP. I have used the combination and was fine, however understand that adverse reactions may occur, such as nausea, etc.

ECY is a great option; be careful with the Y dose, perhaps go with 5-10mgs max once tolerance is built.

As for EC vs CY; EC for energy and appetite suppression, CY pre exercise to oxidise the metabolised fat.

Split the forskolin to take with each dose of EC/CY/ECY.

So no issue with the elevated heart rate from lifting weights if taking YC?

I might try add in 2.5mg to the EC and see if I notice anything.

Hehe, same as me; it was a bulk powder so I was generous with the serving.

No, you should be fine as long as the dose does not exceed your tolerance. Also monitor yourself for any concerning symptoms.

Damn PES and Analyzed have taken all my savings :p

ECAY+forskolin is tha chit if you can handle it. I take it during the fasting portions of my IF day while I'm at work on the computer. Just keep it far away from any kind of exercise
 
Based on my tollerance of EC and YC with Tyrosine I am probably able to handle low dosage of Y with my EC stack but just to play things a bit safer and straightforward I might keep the EC/F-95 for pre-lifting morning workout.

And if I decide to a couple of supplemental LISS cardio sessions during the week at lunch time I will go with YC/F-95.

That way doses are split by about 5 hours after post-workout shake (50g P, 50g C) and I will be reasonably fasted for cardio by 1pm to take 15mg Y and not have any insullin negation for the Y.

Anybody dose higher than 1mg/lb? Any advantage to doing so? I don't feel anything on 15mg.

I monitor BP before and after workout when I take Eph or Y...BP upon taking either might go into mid 130s over 75ish.After workout it is typically back around 120/60.
