I am going to be jumping into a cycle of Stano and Epi here in a couple of weeks so cycle defense is going to be a must!!!

It will be 6 weeks Brawn will be between 30-60mg and I was able to get my hands on the last couple of bottles or Ironflex's Stano and that will be taken progressively from 600-1200mg ED. But only because Caz said it makes him feel like a porn star!:spankme:

Well I woke up this morning feeling A LOT better! So what do you do when you are feeling good? Pump them Guns up!

Thoughts: Man Quake sure is a good motivator when you aren’t feeling great but it is an instigator when you are feeling good! Had I not had other stuff to do before I had to work I would have done a complete shoulder session. Oh well it will have to wait till tomorrow.

Thoughts: Man! Quake and I are getting along splendidly! I feel my strength going up with almost every work out my day to day recovery is getting better by the week and the energy I get from it is super clean. I am starting to get to the bottom of the tub though... Guess its going to be time to order some more here soon. :)

The mind muscle connection is great with Quake! I fell like the enhanced focus is allowing me dig down deep and push and pull with greater force
