I just tried these last week and stole the idea from Momte:

Overhead hammer curls with a cable machine.

I got a great pump and It didn't feel as heavy as normal hammers do sometimes.
 
Great leg workout, those are some great numbers on your squat and hack squat. I think out of all the Metallica albums, ride the lightning is my fav. I see you are lovin this stim cocktail! I can't wait to try this stuff out!

Thanks pete, Ride The Lightning was a great album as well!! Not only are the effects from STIMaholic great, but the taste is delicious!! I'm a fan of what they've done with the apple flavor!

Got up this morning feeling drowsy again. Had kind of a rough nights sleep last night due to my little girl climbing in bed with us on 3 different occasions. I finally caved on the last time and just let her stay snuggled up to me. Took 1 1/4 scoop and within 20 minutes I was wide awake and ready to lift!!!

Day 5

Woke up really drowsy again this morning, even though I slept in until 8:30. Felt pretty unmotivated as well but wasn't going to let myself slack so I hit the drank....pwo drink that is ;) and once the STIMaholic got into my system my entire outlook changed and I was ready to kill chest and tris!!!

So the STIMaholic in me was feeling froggy today and decided to try a little under two scoops today.......damn!!! Talk about energy through the roof. I'm still going strong and I dosed almost three hours ago. I was a little shaky but not too bad. However my heart rate stayed pretty high and I sweated my ass off!

Dose-Slightly under 2 scoops

My Man! I have been loving those one arm BB rows recently. I just count the weight I put on the bar.

Try to keep that heart rate below 175... At our ages we maybe end up hurting.

Sounds like a stimmed product if you were a little shaky. Best way I gauge a pre is to dose it without working out... Kinda like crank

Ya I figured I'd be the guinea pig since I'm beta testing and my conclusion is 2 scoops are a bit much lol
 
Back to my normal dose of 1 1/4 scoops this morning. I think I'm a big fan of training right away in the morning because nothing quite gets me going first thing like a good pwo and killin some weights ;)

Side note.... Stayed up kinda late last night and watched Ali. Forgot how good of a job Will Smith does and how good of a movie it is.

I saw that, I must be more tolerant. 1 1/4 is where it's at for me :)

When I finally get a hold of this I'm going to take it easy and start with 0.5 scoops... this stim break has ruined my tolerance!

lol...don't go thin skinned on me now!!! i bet there are a lot of guys who would need less than 1 scoop if this stuff is that potent!!!

i could only handle 1-2 caps of hghpro, any more and i was dead the next day....the point being, it was a good thing---the bottle lasted over twice as long!!!
