I'm a big fan of RP's too. I wished we would've started with them but it was my brothers routine so... I did hurt my back doing them probably a year ago and it was from too much weight and bad form.

Took yesterday off from training anything. Still did some painting and skirting work though so took one scoop upon waking. Turns out it's great for work too ;)

Today I was ready to hit it again and decided I'd train chest. Could really feel my back during training tonight so not sure if it's improper form or just muscles that are incorporated with working chest.

This has been the best pwo to date that I have logged, and top 2 that I have tried and it's honestly a toss up with the other. Very happy with every aspect of it!!!

Today's training was pretty damn intense. I'm trying to shed some extra fat that I've accumulated by going high volume/cluster sets or at least my spin on them.

Dosage- 1 scoop (miss going 1 1/4 but want my last dose to be a full scoop)

Music- Disturbed

Muscles Trained- Shoulders/Biceps

My first exercise I came up with was a seated curl ss with seated db press where I would do a 10x3 of each without rests between=1 set

My arms were literally wanted to explode from so much blood :)

I feel the same way about Stimaholic! It's is truly an amazing pre workout, I would like to know what the other is that us so comparable:) That was a great workout, I love the pairings.

Well finished up today and although bummed that I'm done and don't have the budget right now to purchase more, I now have a new favorite pwo. This has been literally an eye opening experience for me!!

Great session, really worked up a great sweat once again. I'm a little confused now as to what pre I'll be using and especially knowing that it won't compare to the effects of STIMaholic!!
 
i have about a quarter tub of stimul8 that i stopped to log stimaholic. when stimaholic is finished i will finish off the stimul8 then get more stimaholic...i think i will rotate the 2, doing this hopefully will help with tolerance!!!

although truthfully tolerance hasn't been an issue with either, at least so far!!!

I am very thankful to be one of the first few to get to try out Genomyx's new pwo powerhouse STIMaholic. I was more than impressed, I was absolutely blown away at how well this product worked. You guys have a big winner with this one!!!

Packaging- Not rating this as it was more of a beta type package.

Mix ability- 5/5
Mixed up perfect with just a couple of shakes

Taste- 5/5
I had the Red Apple and it was delicious! I like this better than other apple flavored products as it wasn't as tart. Very smooth delicious apple taste!

Energy- 5+/5
BOOM!!! Came through with flying colors here. Never once felt like I had built up a tolerance and was actually able to lower the dosage during the last few days and was still as amped as I was on day 1. Training was awesome with the help of STIMaholic and I noticed a big increase in perspiration while taking this :)

Focus- 4.5-5
Not a perfect 5 but I couldn't do 5s across the board. Still focus was great each and every time!!

Overall- 5/5
Like I said before this is my new favorite pwo and I've tried a ton of them.
 
Great log and review! I agree with your review 100%. This and Stimul8 are definitely the top pre's for stims without a doubt. I do think out of the two that Stimul8 has the focus factor hands down though.
