Okay, so the consensus is the that we should dose both caps pre workout or it does it really matter?

Well everyone's been dosing 2 caps preworkout (beta loggers have 1 cap that is double the retail dose) and noticing the effects. On off days you don't really notice anything (or at least I don't) so you might as well just take them at the same time for convenience

Okie doke....then this is what I'm going to do starting today. I will take (2) before this evening's work out. And continue to take (2) on my off days in the evenings as well.

Day 16th April 22nd

Back and triceps super set on all sets with 20sec rest or less in between. Endurance was INSANE could've kept going all day. Felt great, pumps were very good as well.

My two highlights were these two exercises supersetted for 5 sets. Loving the endurance on this.

Great workout. I also did 5 min of HIIT after all the super sets I've done. Felt good overall.
 
Update-

Since the start of this I've gained 1.6lbs without wanting to really gain. I've changed my diet and cut about 200-400 calories from my diet. I also cut out most of my carbs.

I've been super setting and doing some cardio so I am pretty impressed with the 1.6Lbs weight gain. Looking more lean in the mirror as well.

My weight isn't changing at all slightly leaner.

But I am so picky with how I see my body others notice more then I do

Considering your cutting calories and carbs this is impressive. Especially for something that is non steroidal and not at all unhealthy. The guys on maintenance diets all seem to be gaining more weight. 4-8 lbs in two weeks for quite a few loggers now. The odd thing is more than one, you for example is gaining at least some while in deficit.
Im not exactly sure how.
Increased protein synthesis is expected so this may help....who knows. Im still trying to find answers.

Very odd but who can complain lol. I'm guessing the change in sets and reps and as u said protein synthesis is expected so this can be another factor.

Great! You and me both. Loving this right now. When you weigh less and people tell you that you look bigger is AWESOME! I love when that happens lol.

It's because she doesn't want you thinking she is shallow that way when you're old and grey she can tell you look about the same only a bit thinner be all

Chest only

Crazy ass workout! Chest was pumped like crazy. Endurance once again prevails. Barely rested in between sets and was sweating like crazy. Super sets on all exercises.

Felt very good today. Went all out till I couldn't anymore. After two hours post workout I feel like I can go again. Lol
 
Forgot to add I did some HIIT for 8min. Breathing was easier and caught breathe a lot quicker than usual.

Cool! Today is my chest day too along with triceps.

I think I will go with the same weight for my dumbbell flys as well. Sometimes I go heavier but I only do 3 sets.

I usually go heavier on dumbbells flys as well but I didn't want to burn myself out because I went pretty heavy on the barbell. Wanted more reps.
 
I haven't had pumps like this since I stacked ArA/Anabeta/Hemavol together. Good stuff.

I never tried Ara. I've been dying to do so just never pushed for it. Not a fan of Anabeta. Hemavol is good.

Yea today I did legs and my legs were painfully pumped. Lol.
 
Day 18 April 24th

legs and two exercise of shoulders and some weighted dips.

Legs were painfully pumped! Didn't feel energized at all today. I pushed myself to keep going. It was a bit of a struggle. DOMS is killing me right now. I've realized I get DOMS around wed or thur every week. Couldn't really super age much today nor go heavy on anything. So I just went with decent amount of weight with a slow tempo.

I might need tomm off but I will see how I feel tomm morning. Tomorrow is fully body workout.

Highlight today was the pumps.
 
Day 1 of FD I was winded after 5 hill sprints of around 40-60 yards. Second week I'm doing 15-20 of them just fine. I feel like this thing reduces CNS fatigue too....

Damn big difference. Folli def gives that endurance and mental note on wanting to push for more. Yea it def does. Folli might be a staple if it keeps going this way. I see it ran 8-12 weeks with 4 weeks off and right back on.

Nice! Can't argue with those side effects. That's for sure.

So good. It is weird the libido increase. Your not the only one.

So good. It is weird the libido increase. Your not the only one.

Yea it is. First week I didn't get any increase. Second week it's when it happened but this week it seems to be dying down a bit. Not as spontaneous as it was last week.
 
Day 19th April 25th

Full body workout.

Felt great in the gym and literally rested 15sec in between sets of super sets. Endurance was riding high even though my whole body is sore as f@ck. Pumps were crazy! Good vascularity and muscles are looking full.

Taking the weekend off.

I'm waiting until Sunday to workout, although I may delay it to Monday because I'm spending the weekend in Atlantic City....hopefully I can recover :D

Yea it was brutal lol. Loved it though.

So HH, you did a full body work out huh? I haven't done one in several months. Today I am tackling my back and biceps.
