1 – Your age - 32
2 – Training Experience - been lifting hard since college, 15 yrs, best stat - bench press 225lbs 22x, always trying out different routines I find interesting from magazines and the web, been doing a few triathlons every summer for the past 6 years, I normally finish in the top 10% in my age group
3 – Current Goals - maintain muscle lifting 3-4x a week while ramping up my triathlon training. I'm currently at 9% BF and weigh 180. I'd like to shed another 1-2% before my first triathlon in June. This time of year I normally use creatine free PWOs so Stimul8 is perfect for me.
4 – How often you can update your log - I work from from home so updating is easy for me. I'll update every time I use the product 3-5x a week. So I'd log it both for weights and cardio days.

when you get the tub, you will look at the scooper and be like "whaat rly? half of this?", cuz it is pretty small..trust us tho, stuff is potent & no joke
