TGR's Cheetos Chraining

My diet was sh!t this weekend. We had a cookout to go to for one of my best friends bday on sat and another cookout on Sunday. I normally don't drink very much and I had some cocktails this weekend. I hate the bloat you get from sh!tty foods. It seems like I'm back down cause my diet wasn't that bad yesterday.

I have that extreme bloating today. I bet I'm >5 # heavier than Saturday morning.
 
I got up to 275x3,4 on squats today. Felt as heavy as 225 did last week.

Did several sets of 225 SS w/ lying leg curls.

Then, I SS various leg position leg presses with leg extension drop sets which burned like hell.

And lastly, 2x SS of drop set seated calf press and 70# lunges.

Legs were destroyed. Nothing worth posting numbers, really. I guess I'll still build up to starting MD next week.
 
Calories ended at 2,334 with 276p/146c/57f and 40g fibers.

Holy cow, I made coffee really strong today. That 3/4 scoop Stimul8 is going to have me sweating for sure.

Very good. I prefer it on an empty stomach like you do, but have been working out post oats and a protein shake to try and not lose any more muscle since I've been cutting and/or on a break for so long.

It takes only minutes before I feel energetic, and approx 15 to get that mind-muscle connection that just makes you want to go all out.

Unfortunately, my pride was counterproductive today. Did chest, and I was just SO weak on all counts. Pump was good and I know I got in some good work, considering, but I frustrated myself.

He's still in orbit and re-entry just in time for dinner. Either that or he's still lifting! Lol

Final calories were 2,475. Still a deficit, but higher than I wanted.

I had to try the Carb Balance wraps Joh told me about. They were awesome, and one has 26g fibers!

Macros were 270p/158c/73f with 56g fibers.

Heck ya! 102 net carbs!

I also was 'forced' to try kiddos chicken tenders. There went 200 calories...

Tomorrow will be back, maybe even some deads. Hoping some strength shows up.
 
...Gotta admit, when you talked about being off for a month and how heavy things felt.. even my 'light workouts' the past two days are feeling somewhat heavy. I know this is very short term but just goes to show how quickly things change!

Sounds like Stimul8 is treating you well my friend.

Wow man killer back workout! I don't really worry about weight or strength just the burn and the pump. If I can go heavy and keep my form then that's great.

The strength will come back... I need to stop worrying about that and just focus on putting in work and keeping the diet right..


Great workout brother! Just remember to focus on the mind muscle connection and not put emphasis on how much weight your pulling bro.

They are really tasty. Threw a couple eggs and some chicken in one this morning, makes it convenient for meals on the go too.

These are more for the rear delts and traps.

I usually do them on shoulder days but recently saw them in a log on someones back day so I figured I test it out. Lesson learned.
 
Dunno what's in store for tomorrow. Either arms, OHP and arms, or rest day. Kinda wish I could do some more squats this week, but the 'newbie' DOMs may not allow that.
