TGR's Cheetos Chraining

RJ is rockin' and rowin' ! Nice work brother!

Thanks Mark!

Not sure about calories yet. Probably be at 2,500 because I decided to have a couple beers.

Going to have my first pre-WO in over 5 weeks in the morning. Going with volatile and max pump on arm day.

Still not ready to try the new stimul8. Don't want to over do it. Maybe next week.

Volatile & Max Pump are both fantastic products. Both deliver sick pumps, & I have been fortunate to log a container of each. Best part about em - totally different mechanisms, so stacking them is twice the fun!

Lats are sore, and of course sleep wasn't that great because I had beer. I don't know why I do that.

Kiddo stress contributed i suppose. My wife had to meet with his teachers yesterday, then we had a long talk last night that really didn't go anywhere.

I guess that's enough of that...

Going to destroy arms today!

I'll tell you what, Orbit got a great steal with you.

BOOM! I'm about 60% on weights, but the pump was insane; like I never took a month off!

No sleep and kid problems = gray hairs! My oldest stepson was a handful with long teenager talks that went nowhere. It's frustrating. What I learned was to keep the talks short but often. It lets them know you're serious and yet doesn't allow them to tune you out. IMHO. Good luck.

I hear lifting is a good pressure relief mechanism! Lol

He is my stepson also. The talks seem like they're too often, but I agree, they're necessary.

Lifting definitely helps!!

I'm not looking forward to these talks. My boys are young and I'm enjoying every minute of this stage right now.

A couple of beers affects your sleep? That is too bad..

Gotta agree with your on that one - Re: Hyde.. (Driven2lift too)

Solid! Muscle memory kickin' in... but I'm thinking your work ethic in the gym as more to do with it!

I have been through this alot. I raised my kids alone for 8 years before marrying almost 3 years ago. Biggest problem we have is parenting differences (as she parented alone for 3 years before meeting). It is very hard dealing with your own kids being a handful at times, let alone someone else's and you can't really do anything...because the other parent is so set in her ways. F me, think I just developed another grey hair typing that lol

Agree!

Enjoy it, guide them the best you can - perhaps you will not have to have those talks as often. Your kids are infants or toddlers? future hockey players I am sure.. that will help to a degree. (keeps them involved and outta trouble to an extent)

Yes, my boys are almost 2. They will for sure learn how to skate. Whether they keep going with it and like the sport, I can only hope. They will be getting there first pair of skates this year, excited! I bet it is hard when you and your wife married and you both have different views on parenting.

Well, diet's shot today.

Another zones supervisor who always requests me to work in her zone asked me this morning, "I know you always bring your lunch, but would you please meet me at ______ at 1130 to have lunch?".

I thought I was going to be transferred to that zone, or was going to be told something special...

But, it was just a 'thanks for your hard work' lunch.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very thankful, but I try and be pretty strict with my food.

To be honest, I hate those lunches that you feel you have to attend and fuks up your meals for the whole day! I don't know about you but if I have a lunch like that I don't eat my meals that I have scheduled for the rest of the day until dinner cause I know I already fuked up!

New dad her as well. Nervous to see how things will get as he gets older but excited too. Luckily it was a boy because I sure as hell wouldn't know how to deal with teenage girl problems.

Had to rub that in my face eh!!!! lol

Congrats on being a new dad... no need to be nervous, just roll with it...

That or you end up not having a rest day because you need to do a sh1t load of cardio...

Reminds me of the old saying: there is no such thing as a free lunch! Lol

I didn't. I ate some of my cottage cheese and some of my black beans. About 1.25# of chicken was replaced with 6-8oz (prob not lean) ground beef.

Congrats bro!!

I couldn't do it man. A friend of mine has 3 that are 17,16, and 15. There's a whole lotta wannakillboys going on over there.

Nope. At least it wasn't fried though. Ultimately it didn't set me back like a pizza would've. Still, it's keeping me off the scale. Lol

Thank God I have boys! At least with a boy you have to worry about one "boy". With girls you have to worry about "many boys"!!!

Well luckily... my son is older than my daughter and my stepson is older than my stepdaughter.. so needless to say their are eyes and a$$kickers everywhere lol

This ^^^^ is a good thing. Those older brothers will keep an eye out for the younger sisters!

My eye is looking a lot better. Surprising, since I did yard work yesterday and pollen was flying. Huge difference since Thursday:

I mixed up slightly over 1/2s Stimul8 for tomorrow's leg session. Smells strong like coconut, but only has a slight hint if the flavor (took a small sip). Probably mixed too much water in (8-10oz) for the little amount of powder.

Eye is looking good brohiem. You must be so relieved to have that out of the way.

..Looking forward to your thoughts after drinking the whole serving. We both know it will treat you well!

Oh yeah. Imma sweat my *** off tomorrow.

Excited for my meals this week. Dropping rice and replacing it with some black beans with onion, lowering my CC and adding in more tomatoes, and throwing even more protein in. Closer to 50/25/25.

Except tomorrow and Thursday. Tomorrow, leg day, I may throw in some sweet potato and something Thursday to prevent binge eating.

Good times.

I wish I could eat sweet potatoes. I've read numerous benefits from them. I just don't like the taste

Lull be honest, I'm not 100% on the taste either. I wouldn't even try them over 6 months ago. Sometimes I add FF ranch to them, sometimes I mix them with other things.

I'm thinking pouring some black bean juice over them with FF sour cream will be tasty.

You have a log going? I don't recall seeing one in the last couple days. But, I am behind...

Glad to see the eyes almost back to "beast lifting" mode!

Seriously? Fried sweet potato?

I'm interested...

Slept like hell last night. Probably because of my choice of foods this weekend.

Was up every hour...

No worries, Stimul8 will get me through today.

My diet was sh!t this weekend. We had a cookout to go to for one of my best friends bday on sat and another cookout on Sunday. I normally don't drink very much and I had some cocktails this weekend. I hate the bloat you get from sh!tty foods. It seems like I'm back down cause my diet wasn't that bad yesterday.
