Ah I see. IMO I think that Cortisol supplements make a great body and composition.
That's very good to know. Excited!Maslinic said aids in protein turnover therefore it keeps your body in a more anabolic state.....while in an anabolic state cortisol levels are at their lowest, so in theory yes it should at LEAST aid in keeping cortisol levels in the low range.
To the best of my knowledge no.That's very good to know. Excited!
On an off note, I notice that nutraplanet has the Revolution PCT on a "BLOWOUT" sale. FINAFLEX isn't getting rid of Revolution PCT are they?
Or maybe we are just awesomeJust asking cause whenever they use "insane BLOWOUT" it makes me think that a product might be coming to an end. Or maybe pushing sales. I don't know.
It has been one of our top sellers for quite a while yes.I'ma go with that. I was told that was their best seller. I'd like to try it soon.
Get eeeeeeet!
ha - coincidentally, so too am I today..Damn everyone's doing arms!
I love using the TRX. When the TRX first came out I thought man that looks easy. Nope! My mom trains people from their homes with a TRX and Kettle Bells; I love both.Got a little overwhelmed with stuff I had to get wrapped up at the house. Never made it to the gym. Did some TRX work. 3x8 for every muscle group. Then had a small dinner.
6 oz steak
Small bowl of baby spinach and a hb egg with 1/2 tbsp dressing
1/4 cup quinoa.
Gonna finish up as early as possible. This rodeo is getting started early tomorrow.
I agree. I love the trx and am a huge fan of kettle bells as well. I like the trx because I can take it anywhere and get some sort of workout in if I can't get to a gym vI love using the TRX. I think bands are an excellent addition to weights. I also use them a lot for movements that cause pain when I'd normally use weights.I have the rip 60 suspension system. I use it all the time. Nice arm workout, I need to get me some bands. It seems like everyone is using them
Very true! I also like to travel with looped bands (80-120lbs) and adjustable bands with handles (40-100lbs).I agree. I love the trx and am a huge fan of kettle bells as well. I like the trx because I can take it anywhere and get some sort of workout in if I can't get to a gym v
I didn't season them. They come in those bake bags so I just bake and add hot sauce. Yeah I usually eat 2 fillets but only had one in the freezer. Had my fill of hb eggs today as well or I woulda threw one on my plate. I can always eat more lol but it was filling enough for me to not be hungry. I also have another very early morning so it'll be shake and bed time soon tooI'd want a little more meat than that... What sauce did we go with?
we already know this, chesterI'd want a little more meat ...
What sauce did we go with?
I was asking the brand. That looked like too much to be the a**kicker. You didn't have to ask this... he is mr hot sauce lol
I like'm too. I recently switched it up to flounder, but you can never go wrong with a little fish to season your hot sauce.Nice tilapia, I always have a bag of them in the freezer
Does anyone sell flounder like they do tilapia in the big frozen bags?I like'm too. I recently switched it up to flounder, but you can never go wrong with a little fish to season your hot sauce.
I get them from SAMs. Same price for tilapia, flounder, and cod (I think).Does anyone sell flounder like they do tilapia in the big frozen bags?
Eeeew. Nastiest fish out there. :nono:Nice tilapia, I always have a bag of them in the freezer
Sam's club has saved quite a few bucks for me over the year. When you have three kids running around eating up all your food, those giant ass value bags and tubs of snacks and fruit come in very handy lol.I get them from SAMs. Same price for tilapia, flounder, and cod (I think).
We buy almost everything there. Chicken is 1.72-1.77/lb when buying it by the case.Sam's club has saved quite a few bucks for me over the year. When you have three kids running around eating up all your food, those giant ass value bags and tubs of snacks and fruit come in very handy lol.
Also it's nice to buy flank steak ten lbs at a time lol.
I kinda want one too, but I'm against ordering from info-mercials.You guys are making me hungry.
Don't judge. Yeah, I bought one of those STUFZ (as seen on TV) burger patty makers . Thought it would've been fun to mess with. I'll let you guys know how the burgers come out.
Oh ya! Checking that out this week! Thanks manI get them from SAMs. Same price for tilapia, flounder, and cod (I think).
I didn't buy it online or from calling.I kinda want one too, but I'm against ordering from info-mercials.

understatement..I know tilapia isn't the best
yepbut I like the taste
:yup:I know Snags will agree with you on the Tilapia lol
Snags, Why is tilapia so bad and what in your opinion is the best fish or your favorite?understatement.. yep the taste does not reflect the dietary preference that the tilapia fish consumes, surely.... :yup:
Was just cholulaI was asking the brand. That looked like too much to be the a**kicker.
I believe Snags has said in the past they feed off sh*t of other fish.Snags, Why is tilapia so bad and what in your opinion is the best fish or your favorite?
If they are "Wild Caught" they primarily eat vegetation and are lower in contaminants then most fish I.e. mercury. So if wild caught go for it....I believe Snags has said in the past they feed off sh*t of other fish.
Was unaware of all these traits linked to talapiaIf they are "Wild Caught" they primarily eat vegetation and are lower in contaminants then most fish I.e. mercury. So if wild caught go for it.... But if they are farm raised then the chances of them being used as a pooper scooper is very likely. Very hard to find wild caught tilapia and if you do it's not worth the price anyways.
halibut is nice..Snags, Why is tilapia so bad and what in your opinion is the best fish or your favorite?
I eat talapia because it doesn't have a real strong fishy taste. Honestly I don't like fish at all. At the same time I don't wanna be eating the bottom of the barrel. So time to make some changes to my fish selection.halibut is nice.. wrenchie -- replacement MASS 550 has bent sent to you today
