Can prohormones help heal torn muscle?

Hey guys,

I will be doing my second Epi cycle next week, been pre-loading cycle assist this week. Just your average 6 week cycle, 30/30/30/45/45/45. I got Salmonella last month and lost 12 pounds, on top of that I tore my glute 2 weeks before that. It's been about 7-8 weeks since I tore it and it's recovered alot, but I still can't back squat anything over 135# or deadlift over 275 without feeling it seize up like its about to tear again.

I'm wondering if anyone knows whether or not a prohormone can help heal a torn muscle. Since its increasing your testosterone, which builds muscle, I'm assuming it could only help? But if anyone has research or information that contradicts this idea please let me know so I can postpone my cycle another month.

Steroids will not help a damaged muscle. They were cause hypertrophy in surrounding muscle tissue which in turn will allow more use but in turn cause more agitation to the damaged muscle prolonging recovery.

I'd say rest, maybe peptides, and ostarine to slow catabolism would be your best bet.

Ok. I think I may take this advice. How exactly do peptides and ostarine help something like this?

Peptides such as a GHRH(growth hormone releasing hormone) like CJC-1295(without DAC) induce added pulses of GH release and, a GHRP such as ghrp2, ghrp6, ipamorelin increase volume of GH release.

Best used in conjunction with each other, otherwise you need to time GHRP usage with natural GH release pulses, and using CJC-1295 alone will just add more bursts of smaller amounts of gh into the body.

GH basically just causes growth of new cells, be it muscle tissue, connective tissue. Generally just helps with well being.

While resting and letting your body repair, the lack of anaerobic stimulation will cause catabolism the reduction of functional cell size. Ostarine being a selective androgen receptor modulator helps induce protein synthesis(anabolism) which will help prevent the catabolism.

For nor ostarine healed a case of tendinitis in my bicep that WOULD NOT heal no matter what I did. 4 weeks osta 20 mg and boom..healed

I see. I've actually been able to do pretty much only anaerobic workouts (crossfit) but no heavy lifting at all. I do tons of air squats or wall ball shots and barbell snatches with 75-95# with no issue but anything moderately heavy makes it seize up.

I'm gonna go with the Ostarine. I'll push my cycle back a month and run this for 2-4 weeks. Any sides you guys know of with Ostarine? Any hormone issues?

Gh would be the best thing to heal it. I had a 3/4 thickness pec tear and ran 6 mo of 4 IU of gh and am benching 400 again...
