Man, this week has been great in means of dieting and training. Monday I blasted chest and arms. Felt so good. The pump was incredible. Best pump day by far. This is how I'm dosing everything
Dermacrine - non training days in the morning, training days pre workout (about 1 hour pre)
Bcaa- middle-end of my workout (intra). I do this so I don't get as fatigued. Maybe that's bioscience but I'm liking it lol
Pre workout stack- 1 cap pre along with 1 scoop pre
X gels- 1.5g 20 min pre workout
Growth factor - 5 caps before bed.
Alright, let's get to some supplement review here. I have a few new thoughts, but some are the same and haven't changed.
Dermacrine- I highly suggest using this for 8 weeks if you can. 4 weeks is decent, especially staked, but I can really tell a difference in body comp from week 3 and on.
Bcaa- tastes great, mixes very easily. Even stirring it works well which I haven't seen before in a bcaa product. Really solid amino product
Pre workout stack- I still need to play with the dosage but at 1 cap and 1 scoop, it isn't really anything special. The pumps with it are great, but that's about it. I may go to 2 caps and 1 scoop for a few days and see what happens.
Ara- you all know I'm a huge fan of ara. Not much to say other than its great. I still have a little over 1 full bottle of X gels left so I'm super excited that I'll b on it for a while
Growth factor- 5 caps at night is perfect for me. I've been sleeping great and doms have been greatly reduced unless I just go high volume and kill it in the gym. Solid product so far
Body comp is looking decent. Bumping up protein and carbs right now to see what happens. I was -4 pounds as of last week. We will see what happens this week when I weigh in.
Strength is 5/10. I see improvement mostly on chest right now. My barbell row has increased as well but that's about it for now but I'm not training for strength. I focus on best form I can do and really killing the muscles that way.
Sleep- 8/10. Helps me fall asleep quicker and I stay asleep. The only reason it's not 10/10 is because there has been a few nights where I didn't see anything from it but no big deal. I'd definitely buy growth factor anyday. Still trying to compare it to igf2, my favorite gh product.
Libido- pretty high still. It started cranking up when I started growth factor. Dermacrine did a little bit but GF took it to a different level.
Vascularity- 10/10 especially in the gym when I get blood flowing. Road maps baby!
