weighed in this morning after a day off and was 227.2. This is lower than before but I figured the weight before was water retention from the workout. Gym tonight, doing a full body circuit type of deal, update later on

Yeah mine didn't kick in hard until halfway through week 3. Now my bench is up almost 30 lbs and my weight is up 8 lbs since starting

Start of week 3 havoc still at 40mg stano at 800mg

Libido is high, but that is the only thing so far. Strength was up a little yesterday, but that might be due to the cheat meal providing more energy. I have high hopes for the third week
 
4/3 legs

Kinda felt like my nip was getting a lil puffier which started to concern me. Can I take aromasin or formeron to ease my mind during the cycle?

My head kinda fell oit of the gyn todayn I started deadliftimg at with my warm up. Got to 405 but didnt feel as strong as the other day.

I don't see a problem adding it in I did for a while there but it's probably all in your head especially since you're taking havoc.

Thanks for thr advice devil! I take stano which helps. Ive been tired only this past week but I think some of that is attributed to gettimg up at 430am for work which I normally don't do.

Yeah I noticed I wasn't putting up weight until I added something to combat lethargy. But yeah hope all goes well man! It's a fun ride
 
Im still plugging away I step it up to 50 wends, hopefully that will be my spot to make gains, ill also up my calories.

Def felt like the man after arm day. Not seeing asides nothing hurting. Little discomfort in knees at first but then it subsides. Strength might have increased a little bit. Ill b kicking up the havoc to 50mg wends for the final two weeks. Im hoping a surge comes over me.
 
4/7 was a day off. Went and got cheesecake factory. Almost had a load blow right there eating that mignon. So damn good.

Today is a leg day which ill hit later today but today also starts the fourth week. Ill stay at 40 for two days and up it to 50 from there until the end. Hopefully it starts kicking in hard. Will also increase calories by 200.

Felt good today lower back was def fatique and a lil painful esp when doing abs.

I was able to get 315 on the bench which was huge accomplishment for me as I always saw this as a starting platform for strength. Im super happy that I got this, also it brought me closer to my small goal of 325. Felt good today. Libido still high. Had lower back pain/ extreme fatique during my back workout. All's good though.

Thanks chef, it was a goal of mine to hit that. Felt really good, even had to push out a grunt while doing it which I normally dont do.

Just how my upper body is slightly changing. While im at it I have found my legs to be more defined which is nice.

How often do you weigh yourself? You must be gaining some decent weight eating above your maint.

I prob weigh myself every couple days. Ill be weighing myself tomorrow morning and will post.. if I have a cheat meal like I did on saturday I usually wait a few days for everything to come back to the norm. Sodium mostly.

Training is going well. Currently running Ostabol and feeling very "meh" about it.

Looking forward to starting a cycle this summer. Currently going to school, doing an internship, and working full time so I'm spread a little too thin to start a cycle now.

Leaning towards the stack you're currently doing or giving DMZ a try.

4/16 day off today

Woke up and weighed myself. I was 231.4. Pretty happy about this since its 3.6 pounds away from a total of 10. A little fat gain around the mid section it looks like but strength has def gone up since last week

This is week 5 so I will be bumping my dosage up to 50mg starting today.

I'm 170, so yeah I think a higher MG may work better for you.

If being honest, I can't say I'd really suggest Ostabol but that's me.

I think a better diet and some EC is better for a cut for anybody.
 
Cool thanks chef, ill look into everything after my cycle to see whats best. Just dont wanna lose muscle mass.

Deadlifts hit a person best which I was super happy about. It was my second day at 50mg. So my strength has been up in the past week hitting records in all three main lifts. Couldn't be happier

So to date bench increased 10lb hopefully I can get that up more

-I've also been stronger with my legs, years and years of basketball and its drills
 
Haha more of a Shaq... nah in hs I played and i was a 150-160. Skinny kid with broad shoulders.. I dont play as much now maybe couple times a year.

4/19 5k

Today I ran the color run, which is a 5k. This run did not go as planned. After the first mile I had huge shin bumps and crazy pain. I had to unfortunately bow out and wait until my wife finished up. I was pretty disappointed and the first time I experienced any bumps

4/20 Easter/golf

Went golfing this morning slight lower back discomfort towards the 15th hole. I did manage to win over thr ppl I was with by 15 strokes, but had no pain or anything like saturday

Yes sir 32 days and counting. Besides the shin pumps I haven't had to many other sides. Slight puffy nipples but they haven't grown from the start and are a light sensitive but not painful or anything. And my strength is starting to jump pretty good.

Yeah I was trying to no give up and walk through it, but i couldn't even do that and I took 4g of taurine before hand to try to minimize it.
 
I had puffy nipples and it was bothering the **** out of me. I got some inhibit P and within a few days the sensitivity was gone and nips were tight.

You took the inhibit-p on cycle or in PCT?

Sensitive nips are pretty normal during cycle as you're manipulating your hormones. It's just a fine line to figure out.
 
I took it on cycle. Thought I might be having a prolactin response and wanted to control it.

I can't seem to find the link but I read where Epi gyno can be caused my the lack of an androgen as the A:A ratio of Epi is overwhelmingly anabolic.

I would think the addition of Stano (androgen) would help balance this.

I'm not nearly smart enough to know this stuff but found it interesting.
 
I'm taking Stano. I actually started getting the nip issues the first week on Stano before starting epi. It seemed to go away then came back when I started the epi. That's when I got the inhibit P.
 
Very interesting for sure. My pct have a prolactin in it with the sup3r. Im just monitoring it and hopefully it wont grow before im done.

Well it was suppose to be leg day. Put 405 on my back for squats but I just wasnt feeling it so I did shoulders and triceps. Nothing powerful just slow movements in the 10-12 range.

Woke up this morning and was 234.6 which surprised the hell out of me. Its 9 pounds gained a little fat, im wondering if its sodium related (ham on easter) also but that will be determined tomorrow morning. ill weigh myself again

Killed back lots of reps and weights felt really good. Nothing to complain about

Well my weight spiked up to 235.4 I wasnt expecting that but just wanted to see where it was. Ill prob weigh muself tomorrow bc today is suppose to be a day off so my water intake will be more even through out the day
 
4/23 was a day off and the start of the last week of my cycle. 50mg all the way and maybe 60 the last few days to empty the bottles.

When I start pct. Do I take nolva in the morning and spread out the sup3r?

Also do I start the daa and/or sup3r day 1 of pct or do I wait a week or two to start?
 
You can start DAA already if you want.

I'd start SUP3R PCT on the day 1 with Nolva. I always take Nolva before bed. Spread out those SUP3R PCT caps evenly throughout the day.

So I hit a personal best with hitting 315 for 3 and then hitting 325 for 2. I was super excited about that... when I was doing 115db I actually laughed thinking last bench I only put 315 once... felt really great yesterday

With bench 325 ive hit my small bench goal. Tonight ill go for my small deadlift goal. My hip has been bothering me on my squats so I might have to take time off doing that, but we shall see how I feel in a couple days

That's it for leg day heavy lifting. New PR at 470 was pretty pumped about this. That's a increase of 65 pounds! ! Strength Is just rising daily I end the cycle wends and now I don't want to stop it.

4/27 I decided to hit chest My upper back was still sore from deadlifts

Felt a little tired going into the workout. Flipped a 250 pound tire for a free times before workout. 335 is a personal record and 30 pounds above starting point.

Did everything under the sun with my back work out. Heavy low rep sets at first then had more time to spare so I focused on low weight high reps mostly on the rotator cuffs even though they arent officially back.

Tomorrow I will be going to 60mg and 1200mg of stano. I am upping to finish the bottles bc it seems pointless to keep two or three pills per product. My cycle ends wends (4/30) sad stuff

Then on 4/31 ill b taking daa and sup3r throughout the day and nolva at night
