Girl, I read somewhere back about u taking a break from chicken n eating salmon? The ultimate thing to do is to alternate ur proteins throughout the day... Not too much salmon though, it's high fat... Stick to chicken, white fish, egg whites, tuna ... Salmon once or twice a week.... :)
What?! Nooooo! ;) Of course it's gotta be the first time I venture out! Lol jkn It's good to know! Thank you for pointing that out! I will make some chicken or tilapia tonight. Good thing I didn't have enough salmon cooked for the whole week! Thanks again Magdalena! I'm always open to learn more!!!

Cheers!I used to do sublingual too but I felt it wasn't absorbing optimally. Seems to be a lot of varying opinion on exactly what the rate of absorbtion is. I try and be pretty minimal in my meat consumption but I train hard so its an important one.
 
Good morning! Back and biceps are nice and sore from yesterday! I'm a little tired today but due to my hashimotos and fibro it's part of the routine. I had a great chest workout this morning though!

Superset
Incline cable flyes:
5x12x1, 7.5x6 full range and 6 half and half's X 3

V Kick-outs 30x4

25x20x1, 35x12x1, 45x8x1(failed on 9-guess my muscles were tired. Lol)

High Cable crossovers:

Triceps superset:
Flat bar push downs 35x12x1, 37.5x12, 35x8x1, 30x5x1(had to drop down to finish)

Overhead rope extension
30x12x2, 30x8x1, 25x5x1 (had to drop down to finish)

Followed up with 25 mins of sprints- needing some new shoes BAD shin splints are a pain in the BUTT!!! Haha

Hey guys...not much to report today since it was a rest day and I actually didn't go to the gym this am! Slept till 6 am and it was wonderful! Lol Nutrition was on track! Even made some chicken for the week, Mag! :) Kept my calories lower since I didn't train or do cardio today. Can't wait till tomorrow morning to train shoulders!

I would like to know your opinions/recommendations on supplements...right now I only take a few vitamins and such vitamin a,b,&d; biotin, zinc, selenium, magnesium, horse chestnut, and coQ10. Other than those I have 1 1/2 scoops of whey and a preworkout every day I train. 1/2 before and 1 after with spinach and strawberries.

Soreness surprisingly isn't bad today...I was stiff and achy yesterday so I figured it would be super sore today. Calves are a little sore though! :) Pain is primarily in my neck- which the Dr. says is fibromyalgia so there's nothing to do really when it flares up. I just try to ignore it! Lol

Making Easter cake pops today for 2 girls at work. Fun fun! :) Have a wonderful day!!

Lol, I'm the same way, flip flops all year round. My trip was good, the long drive helped me meditate and I made it home safe last night. Back on track with the diet and training today. I had a really good time. I got to spend time with some friends. Thank you for asking. :)

Lol yep! I had to sing with an ensemble and those are my nicest shoes. Haha...that's good! It's nice to just have time to think and be still! I'm glad you had a great time and enjoyed yourself! You deserved it!! :) I'm sure being back on track feels good too!

Lol...the only place around here that would be more convenient is anytime fitness and their gyms suck! Not near enough free weights. No squat racks either and a girls gotta squat!!!!
 
Got 45 min of cardio in at lunch... Planned to do LISS --- buuuuuuttt got bored and did sprints instead! Lol Wore my hoodie and sweat my butt off to say the least! ...Scarfed down my tilapia, sweet potato, and zucchini before seeing patients at 2. Unfortunately, I am totally dragging now! Heading home to make dinner, cake pops, and take care of the kiddos now! :)

Yay! I hope you make it! I try not to make excuses. I look at my parents health and where I was heading plus all the ones I already fight---it's just not worth giving in...training makes me feel better too so that makes it easier!
