thoughts about a cycle with higher bodyfats

hi im new to this place so much information.

but just wondering about a few things on 500 test c and 40mg dbol cycle

1 does a higher bf change how test and dbol work in the body
2 does having a higher bf create more estrogen when on this kind of cycle
3 do you have a higher chance to get gyno

my stats age 31 6'3" 230 30bf I know bf is high but getting it back under control lifes a bitch lol

first cycle
1-12 500mg test c
1-5 40mg dbol
7-12 60mg winny
12-16 nolva 40/40/20/20
 
What are your goals?

Honestly, I would personally just cut down to at least 15% bare minimum...

Look into EC stack, or maybe even clen/alb

Yes to all three questions. In my experience steroids will make you fatter if you're too high BF. This points to bad eating habits for your body, get the BF down first. Think about how much you will learn about your body from this, I've been using 10+ years and just now figuring out what works for me diet wise. It changed a lot as I aged too. Have you had your hormoes levels checked? I was about your age when my HTPA crashed and spent two years chasing PCT trying to restart it before jumping on TRT. I was still ablt to have kids if that's a concern.

I won't tell you not to do it but I would drop to 15% BF max before if I was you. It's like tuning up your car before adding performance parts.

Shed a few pounds?

You say you're at 30% bf... That's more than just "a few pounds" brah.

Just did some quick calculations in my head, and if you want to have a "2 pack" that's at least 14-15% bf...

Which would mean you have to drop around 25-30 lbs (maybe more, maybe less)

You'll be able to actually see and feel the gains better.

Plus, with you being that fat, it could increase your chances of heart problems, etc.

And I don't have any scientific research to back this up, but I would think that being fatter increases your risk for gyno.
 
Yes your risk of sides is much higher.

Fat contains high levels of aromatase, which means that you'll have much more estrogen on cycle.

Fasted HIIT?

Fasted means you haven't eaten anything in like 8 hours (so when you wake up basically)

HIIT = high intensity interval training
example: sprints.

sprint for 15-20 seconds straight, jog for 1 minute, sprint for 15 seconds, jog for 1 min, etc repeat. for 20 mins total

Thought I had seen fed cardio was better at muscle sparing.
