I will say that this is the most dialed in I've ever been with diet and workouts. I've been very consistent with my meals, tracking everything that I eat and getting at least a gallon of water down a day...not including the frequent stops at the water fountain every time I go to the bathroom. And getting to the gym every day by 530am (not 540 or 545 like many other days) had allowed me to get my full workout in without needing to cut anything short. And the great thing is that I don't wake up tired! My sleep is so restful and I typically fall asleep by 930 so I'm getting 7.5 hours of sleep (5 full cycles of REM) which is another thing I was rarely able to do. I've definitely learned a lot about my self over this last week...and I'm very anxious to see where I end up.
