Montego an Snagency tag-team with FINAFLEX in the corner

I think your upper back may be your best area. Traps are looking sick dude.

It probably is. Front delts are good too though. Hopefully when I'm low low bf I have a better taper....dem backs win shows!

Actually now that I think about it.....I'm not sure I really have a STRONGEST point. I have two glaring weak points. Calves and my wide hips. Everything else is equally decent I guess.

Hey Monte wasnt today the day you get results about your wife? If you dont mind me askin.

I got the days mixed up. It's the 7th and again on the 9th. But thanks for the thought brother :)

This will make you feel like a wiener real quick look.....

14 year old Maryana Naumova benches 255 raw and 3...: Invalid Link Removed

How about keeping hips on the damn bench. No fed will pass that. Still impressive but absolute junk.

I typically don't arch my back, but arches like that make me wonder if she's double jointed and it hurts me to watch. I keep thinking she's going to break her back

Lmao no sh!t. I have a slight arc but I have a powerlifteresque style bench. Nothing absurd like that. That's gotta hurt her back though. I mean just the weight on the shoulder blades alone right ?

Arching takes stress off shoulders and targets chest and lats. If you are benching correctly it should be uncomfortable a bit. I used to bench with a mostly flat back and had horrible shoulder issues. Now not at all really

Looking good in here Gents!

Bout to hit up back day. I'm really tempted to run through MD for the rest of my prep but I wanted the next time I did it to be with the band pack......decisions decisions

Pick up the band pack?

It really is that simple! And it is rather inexpensive from elitefts

Dat shyt is sixty bucks at least! Might pull the trigger next check BUT expenses are mounting with the contest looming.

I know.. I got mine on sale for 40.. but then the flippin shipping to Canada was 40.. lol But was well worth it. I am sure your expenses are building up for sure. There must be a local retailer or in Houston where you could even get a couple of bands?

Yeah probably. I'll steal Kleen's next time we lift. Shhhhhhhhh.

You are dead on.

I was about to say the exact same thing, issues and all.

Her arch is excessive, especially hips off the bench.

Too bad I wasn't on here back when you bought those. I could have given ya an AM bro discount. ;)

Forgot I promised pics today. Here is a quick one. No drastic changes but weight is still slowly coming off (as the loose skin reappearing confirms). Grinding away until some goodies get thrown in the mix.

This weekend is a no go. I've got some family stuff going in tomorrow when I get off work but, next weekend I should be free.

back in the saddle today, workout getting ready to commence
shaking a few things up this next week, starting with a dedicated chest day this session
some motivation

Well I'm still here in need!

Which thickness and length of bands do you want/ need? 12" for deads, typical 41" lengths bands, or both? Is there a specific package that you saw on FTS that you wanted? If so, post the link, and I'll match it up. I can give them to ya for cost and I'll see if I can fit them all in a standard priced shipping package which runs about $10-20 here in Canada.

It's the mountain dog pack on there. Dunno if those links are ok to post on here or not...also I'm in da USA

Wanna know what sucks? I've been using the sand digital scale for the last eight months. It's an expensive scale so it's pretty damn accurate.

Anyways yesterday on weigh in I stepped on and had a big weight drop. Stepped off and back on and weight swung one to three lbs each time. Well I calibrated it and I'm actually a few lbs lighter then I thought. Also there is no telling how long it's been this way. That's not really what I wanted to see but such is life.

212.2 this morning. LHW is gonna be attainable but whatever my weight is we don't care. Sliced, diced, shredded, tight skinned, grainy and vascular as fuk no matter the weight.

Spread those wings, Monte!

the second half of Phase II (underway soon) will feature some additions..
in preparation of this addition, I bring you the anthem of the day:
either "Trensomnia" or "Clensomnia", take your pick..
ooops couldn't find either version on youtube, so this will have to suffice (insert your chosen term in the chorus)

legs on tap...let's do this
:firedevil:
