Really though, here's my new shít. This should be a permanent log n shít but who knows, OPSEC n what not. As if you mother fückers don't know who I am...

Love my AM brothers. Y'all been good to me and some specific members here have motivated the hell out of me to push past bullshít in the weight room and out. Shout out to those broheims, you know who you are.

I'll be doing HGH/TRT (prescribed) and whatever I decide to throw in the mix when I feel. This will also be pretty comprehensive, so if you have a question ask away; I know a metric fck ton about nutrition/training/supps/prehab/rehab... and so on. I may be back doing DoD bullshït that I love but my BS in biology/nutrition and my CPT cert is still ever-present in the back of my mind and I intend on getting my MS within the next 4 years. I don't know everything but Jesus Christ I could write a fckn book already. Biggest thing I can fling onto your minds is to keep learning, always continue your professional development. Why be a king when you could be a God?!?

Today is beach day. And drink like a fish day. Finished a half pint of Sailor Jerry and now I'm working on some IPAs...

in fact, sailor Jerry kicked my ass while I was in sanibel this past week
 
I named my boat Morgan after the captain. I love rum. Rum rum rum. Jerry's is quite fantastic. Kraaken. Mmmmmmmmmm.

Oh Man I love Sailor Jerry I used to drink Cpt. Morgan but now Sailor Jerry is my favorite spiced rum. Spiced Rum is amazing in Pina Colada's just saying... also good in just about any type of soda you can imagine. Kind of weird I haven't really had much to drink at all recently... Had a nice 12 year single malt bottle of Scotch a lil while back but nothing since... Of course it is coming up on BBQ time so the occasional IPA or something will be enjoyed at least for the next month.

Hope you are still schooling the youngsters!
