It has just gone off season. I haven't been doing it long enough to reap full rewards, but in saying that, I have noticed some increase of capacity both aerobic and anaerobic under duress.

I am moving into Olympic lifting with crossfit metcons for conditioning. Shall be damn fun.

I will be doing numbers though. It's not AS demanding as it looks. Like my 1rm squat snatch is 150lbs so really, 80% of that isn't much.

Pretty enjoyable. Did mobility and band work for warm up and mashing before hitting the bar.

Endurance was great and felt pretty damn good. Stimul8 saving my ass in energy!!! No pump today but I'm not training for that obviously.

energy and energy has been phenomenal with all 3 goodies.
I have started doing 2 caps creatona 03 and 2 during instead of 4 pre. I feel a better set of endurance from doing this.

Stimul8 has been just off the chain. I have built no tolerance to it and stay just under a full scoop. PERFECT!!!!!

Thanks for the feedback on your Creatrona dosing. Have to agree.. I never build up a tolerance to Stimul8 either.

I like the spread out effects too.
I have never had an issue with creatine but for those who may have GI issues doing 2 pre 2 intra may be a problem solver.

My Comments on each Product

Firstly, thanks to Simon, Steve and Justin as well as a big thank you to Finaflex for another generous logging opportunity.

I was a beta tester for both max pump and stimul8 when they were on the brink of being released.

Finaflex has not disappointed me yet, and they sure as hell, went above and beyond with this combo (including creatona).


Max Pump
5/5. I love the science behind TMG in general and the perfect idea of adding a nitrate (salt) donor to this product makes it that much more superior in my opinion.

The endurance that TMG gives me alone is no much for the endurance and pumps that max pump gives me.

I was a novice crossfitter at the start of the year, but since starting on a oly lifting routine, coupled with these supps and training hard, I am up to the stage at where I will now be competing on weekends and hopefully will be able to participate in the regionals.

I did at times get super painful pumps but that was once or twice and only when doing "Cindy" the evil body weight workout (from hell--> what a bitch of a WOD).

Max Pump is a must in every bodies arsenal for endurance, pump and general strength. People should read up on the ability of TMG to increase strength in both the bench press & squats, and as we all know, there are a sh1tload of squats in crossfit.

max pump takes about 1 week to 'feel' the full effects, but when you do, be prepared for some veinage.

I was able to end up seeing venins in my lats and my back when semi-flexing. My veins popped through the shoulders, neck and arms.
Dosage was 4 caps per day every day.

Stimul8

Let the part begin. This stuff is off the chain both taste wise and energy/focus wise.

People who followed the log would have seen the times of the WODs I put up. Enough said!

I did rate it 4.5 as there was 1 or 2 times where 1 scoop actually hit me a little too hard but I stuck with about .85% of a scoop and that worked super well.

I wish you guys looked at making a stim-free version of this so I could use it year-round. The effects felt are immediate. oh, and before I forget, please bring a towel to your workout because the amount of sweat is just ridiculous.

I got down to 9.8% bf. Started at 10.2%.
8 weeks of fun. -.4% but increases in strength, energy and endurance. What more can you ask for?

I would have have already advised others to try this product out. I lost no muscle. Now, that may be diet related but also possibly attributable to the IRISINxd in the formula.

I would also love to see a new flavour. Blue Raspberry is my fav, just saying :)

Apple mixes well, and tastes super crisp. Mix it in water, leave in the fridge over night and enjoy the fresh taste next morning.


Crea-Tona

Now, I will start off by saying that I am not fussed on creatine but I did notice some great things with creatona.

Firstly, I tried several ways in dosing:

1. take 4 caps straight out pre-workout
2. take 4 caps post workout with meal
3. take 4 caps spread throughout the day
4. take 2 caps AM, 2 caps pre-bed
5. take 2 caps pre, 2 caps post.

I worked out that the best dosing schedule for me was the option 5, 2 caps pre and 2 caps post, as I noticed that the recovery from having at least the 2 caps post was greatly increased. I was actually able to do a WOD every day. For the avid crossfitter, some people are unable to do a 2 days in a row with metcons, but not me. My recovery was were this product really shinned.

No pump but combined with the Max Pump was freakkin sweet!

I would like to use this solo to guage its full effects because I know that max pump also contributed to some of the things that creatona helped with.

I did not bloat, nor did I gain any water weight. Weight stayed at 82kg so I suggest a perfect recomp and strength gain!

I will say this. For me to go out and spend $100 on buying all 3 products to run a complete 8 week stack (was sponsored for 4 weeks first and bought the rest for the next 4 weeks) is a true testament to how I feel about these products.

I was happy to purchase them with my own money and there are only a few supplement companies who I would do this for. Finaflex has surpassed all my goals for this sponsored log.

I wish them the best in the future, and if possible, look forward to more logging opportunities in the coming future.

We certainly appreciate when such effort and detail goes into a log / review. I personally really liked how you mapped out your 5 different dosing protocols for Creatrona. And agree, if it didn't work - you would not have extended the log on your dime. Nice work, keep killing it!
