Ground beef hands down

2nd that. It's amino pofile is pretty solid for human use. I'll buy pounds of it at the grocery store, split it into tupper ware and freeze. Pull out and cook up a pound when you need it, add a little taco seasoning or chipotle spices and you have a solid lean protein meal when ever you want.

What do you mean by superfood? I wouldn't consider eggs or ground beef superfoods.

He said for mass. So I assumed the best food option to add to a bulk.

And I would consider eggs a superfood by almost any standard

If you mean to help you hit bulking macros, peanut butter

If you mean perfect foods for a bulk, I'd say Greek yogurt and eggs

Depends at how you look at it. In general, a superfood would be considered whatever food has the most amount of nutrients (micros/macros) per mass of that food.

I would think eggs would pale in comparison to other high protein foods such as spirulina which is more nutrient dense.

That's what I think of with superfoods...but then I get confused by the original question in those contexts.
