Hi all,
I am in my fourth week of supplementing with ABE for strength and recomp purposes.
I am eating at maintenance on off days and ~200cal above on lifting days (mostly clean). I lift 4 days per week.
Much to my dismay, I have noticed an increase in body fat (skin folds) around the supra iliac and lower back region. I have not changed anything else about my diet/training these last 4 weeks.
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this when taking ABE (could it be affecting insulin sensitivity? ), and I would greatly appreciate any tips/advice anyone has to offer to rectify this.
