That's almost my next 3 days of food. That's where my abs are made. Food prep almost done! Woot!!!

You guys are saying Dave makes you Want.to take gear. The reality is, you can get that lean without gear.

He's that lean because he's putting the hard work in the gym and in the kitchen, not because of steroid a or steroid b.

no sh!t, but it's way easier with some gear and I won't lose any muscle mass, would gain a little actually

Well, it's really because he's big as fuk, only to get bigger, and that just happens to one of my goals too. So, by your rationale yes, he does.

Not really plenty of guys grow into show naturally. It's basic nutrition. Gear allows me to train at the intensity I train at day to day without over training myself. Nutrition is everything. Gear is just the supercharger on the car to make it go harder

Yes I can but not at the speed and intensity I am. I packed on serious weight, kept it, cut my fat, gunna do this show and start packing on more. No skipped or missed meals, no missed or skipped workouts in almost a year. Gear or not that's my money maker right there.

Training, nutrition and consistency are what my progress is built on. Steroids are a tool, just like my straps, wraps or belt in my eyes. To assume steroids make you big or allow me to be big is negating any of my hard work and proves that you don't fully grasp the concept of bodybuilding. When me and other bodybuilders talk or any bodybuilders for that matter. It's not about steroids, our conversations evolve around diet, training and posing. Those are what makes a bodybuilder.

I'm not saying this is what you think. Your comment just got me thinking so I am sharing my thoughts.

its not even close tho, the time period ur looking at and the finished results would not even be close on gear vs not

Sure ur basics are the building blocks to anyone with a phenomenal physique, but AAS do more than just increase the % of ur calories that are reaching ur muscles, they are greatly increasing hypertrophy among other things. They not only allow u train harder and longer, they help u recover faster and more efficiently. The natural way can be done, it just takes about 5x longer

Yes and no. Without gear there is no way I would have been able to train this hard and long without a break. I would have been toasted months ago. So yes the results are a result of gear use but not BECAUSE of gear. My diet and routine keeps me progressing. If gear makes you big then there would be a ton of dudes bigger than me at my gym. They use way more than me and I can stand next to them and make them look foolish on less than half the gear they use. They miss gym sessions and their diets are whack. 2 types of physiques built on gear... 1. When it's used as a tool on TOP of a solid routine and diet. 2. Over abuse with a sh*t diet and routine. 95% of people fall in category 2. If I can cruise and still pack on muscle without fat gain my sh*t is locked da fuk on. Wait till you see where I am at in another year

Gear, diet, weights, intensity, coaching, etc etc are all part of the same system in my opinion.

They all are important and play their roles.

None being more or less important than the other. I hate when people say "it's 90% diet"

It's 100% all of it. Dave seems to have HIS system perfected.

That's exactly what I said in the post you quoted. I wasn't discrediting your hard work by any means.

Yes steroids make you big, yes they allow you to keep/gain size during a deficit.

But you still have to put the hard work in or you'll look like a lot of other people, who cycle and sit at 180lbs fat.

I've been training for ten years naturally, and I've competed five times in two different seasons. I know what it takes brother.

Not many people have the discipline to get into your level of conditioning.

Honestly the #2's bother me.

If you're not willing to bust your ass and keep your diet locked in you have no place taking gear.

That and honestly, if you're not going to compete you don't need juice.

You know as well as me it's easy to tell the difference between at type 1 and type 2 AAS user just by looking at the person. I know which u are and u should know which I am, but all I'm saying is I've missed less than a couple months of gym days in the last 12 years or so, most time of from injuries, and results while on do not compare to results while off. And I've never even gone over 600mg a week of any type of gear, I've always been low levels to break plateaus or look good for vacations.

I know you weren't homie. It just got me thinking so I shared some thoughts. No way aimed at you. I know you understand the roles of it all

I know a guy who looks at steroids and he's sitting at 5'8" 240 shredded.
Big as ****.

this guy has the genetics to go pro.

Unfortunately, he chooses to drink and do drugs instead. Such a damn shame and waste of potential.

Ugh I have an old friend like this. Amazing genetics, but decides to **** with trashy girls and do drugs/drink.

Bah, stfu, it's like why bother learn skateboarding unless your going to compete. People have there own reasons.

You get so butt hurt bro you need to calm down. It wasn't a personal attack on you.

I never said don't lift if you're not going to compete.

I never said don't cycle if you're not going to compete.

I said, if you're not going to compete, you don't NEED to take gear.

Ill do whatever the fuuuuuuuuuuuuk I wanna do.

Going to have to disagree with ya there ace I juice because I want to, maybe I'll compete in the future, maybe not but I'll still juice because I like it. The way it makes me feel, that invincible feeling, every workout better than the last. Wanting to **** anything that has a slim waistline and a vag ( maybe the odd larger girl when no ones looking ;) ) but the simple reason is I don't have 10 years to do it naturally.

Right. I never said you couldn't use them brother.
That's your choice, and I have no problem with that.
I meant no disrespect, hopefully it wasn't taken that way.

Acer I understand what u meant, no need for everyone to get so defensive. I started taking gear at 23, and I'm glad I did. It advanced my physique 5x faster than I could've done on my own and opened a lot of doors for me. I didn't need to ever use it, but I'm glad I did. Now I've been two years without gear and still maintain decent shape. Am I going to take gear again? Yes, possibly in 5 weeks. Do I need to? No. Would it help me look considerably more jacked in a much shorter amount of time, yes. Can it be done safely? Yes. So I don't see why not to really. No plans on competing tho, just like looking better than 99.99% of the people I see, plus it has plenty of perks

Yo guys... Making mad gainz over here. I'm getting pumped!

Ruined my back. I'm totally thrashed. My meals were all spot on, I was vascular, full, thin skinned and moving FUKIN weight too easily. One of those days the stars align and the gods of iron bless you with brutal sets. I will see if my bro is home to snap a lat spread to post up

No lat spread last night. My bro got home late from his manwhorin. I have been working my bulk that starts at September timeframe. Some pretty freaky sh*t. Let's say I got some 97% pure IGF-1, couple hundred IUs of Slin and about 3-5 kits of GH for just my bulk blast. Been working diet plan with my coach. Gunna work my calories up after show and take a break from GH while I cruise on test/tren/mast combo for 3 months. Once I enter the bulk phase I want to be around 6000 calories mid bulk and hold it. Just looking ahead to the future this fall and working my details out. My coach is beyond happy with how fast and easily my body responds to diet changes and weights. He knows his stuff and pretty much has me figured out. Everything is spot on so far.

Times getting close.

Wow that's going to be an intense bulk! You can count me in on that one!

Def in to see the bulk gains! Counting the days this is where the magic happens and you start looking grainy!

Dave you're looking spectacular brother. What class were you going to be in again?

Getting close buddy.
