I have heard people say that. Its a little dif feel on the wrists at first,but after a couple reps you get used to it.

It feels way too awkward to me to even come close to my normal bench. However, I fractured one of my wrists in 7 places. But still...

I was thinking...I might start my first pin tonight. Get a couple shots in before I hit it hard on Monday. Whatcha guys think?

First thing this morning. I've lost a lot across my midsection over the past 3 months and am weighing in at 185, down 20lbs! I'll take measurements tomorrow morning and Tuesday I'll go get my bf% at my gym. Everything is ready to go...let's DO this!
 
Well I didn't pin last night because the wife wanted one last night of fun before we both go on our "diets". So she got some martinis and we had some company. But I will be pinning tonight after I've spent the day rehydrating. I will probably keep my pinning schedule at night through this cycle too. Just a much more convenient time than trying to pin in the mornings when I'm working out and then trying to get ready for work.

Measurements have been added to the first post if anyone wants to check it out.
 
Well...today was my last day of the full body workout I've been doing while cutting. To give you an idea of the difference between when I was my strongest on the last test cycle I did to now, my max bench was 235x3 and today I BARELY got 225x1. Squat max was 285x5 and today I did 255x3. Even though those weights are not even close to what you monsters do around here, for me being on a caloric deficit (and the fact that I was sick this week) it's still stronger than where I was pre cycle. And I've never really trained for strength, I've just always wanted to look good. :-)I do think the full body, 3 times a week workout really helped to hold on to the muscle I gained on test. Now it's time to let tren sculpt the Greek god that's hiding somewhere on my form! This run is gonna be...AWESOME!! :-D
Eh, you'll never be quite as strong off as you are on. Besides, you were cutting off cycle for a while there. I think you'll have no problem getting at least back where you were but LEAN! Before nudes look good. I bet you'll begin seeing changes pretty quickly. :) By the way, it happened. I totally thought of you while getting inked. It was sort of a "Hey, this part kind of feels good..." with a brief flash of this thread and you pinning that followed, lol. I hope you feel special now.

It's not new; I just basically renewed the one I had. I tanned too much for shows like a dummy and it faded. It took a little under 2 hours so plenty of time to think about stuff haha. This pic is from this morning, the morning after:Invalid Link Removed

^yes sir. It's about 4 in. across and 8 in long across the shoulder blades. Honestly I think the renewed version looks better than the original when I first got it. The picture doesn't quite do it justice with the shine from way the light is reflecting off it.

The pin went smoothly last night. No pip at all! Went with right delt since today is leg day. Made sure to inject slowly to allow the fluid to get absorbed which I think really helped alleviate soreness. Had a great night of sleep. Went to sleep just after 9 and woke up before my alarm at 430 feeling refreshed. Now it's time to go kill some legs!

Made sure to inject slowly to allow the fluid to get absorbed which I think really helped alleviate soreness. Had a great night of sleep. Went to sleep just after 9 and woke up before my alarm at 430 feeling refreshed. Now it's time to go kill some legs!

I never had any PIP from my tren/prop cycles. My Test Prop alone one however was a different animal... I was stiff and sore for days. Could have partially been the virgin muscles but still after 4 weeks it was rough.

Just leave test at 20. It's literally 35mg extra every week.. It's not a big deal. If you don't have enough test to stay at 20 yes decrease test as tren goes up.

I actually took in a little more calories than this. I had a half of a taco that my wife couldn't eat...ground turkey, shredded cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, onions, tortilla shell. I also snuck in a couple thin mints. It had to be done! At any rate, I came pretty close to hitting my macros. Typically my last meal of the night would be half of what I ate but I missed a meal earlier today because we were so busy. But I'll be sure to stock up on protein bars and peanuts so that I'll be able to get something down when we get busy. Time to go stick I needle in my thigh.

First I swab the seal with alcohol on both vials and then the point of injection (with a different swab). I put air into one vial and then I put air into the other and withdraw the desired amount before going back to the first vial and withdrawing that oil all with a 20 gauge needle. Then I switch to the 23 gauge needle. I slowly insert the needle until it's completely in before injecting the oil...which I take about 30 seconds to do.

And now that I've answered the question, I'm thinking you weren't necessarily being literal...Damn, how did I miss the innuendo!

You don't swab the spot on you with alcohol pre pin? No aspirating? (Not a trick question I don't bother). You use 23 everywhere? What sites aside from quads? Yes I'm asking a lot out of curiosity. I won't touch my quads... Never. Don't matter how much I put in pip is stupid, and veins and nerves are far too plentiful. I shoot biceps and triceps with 29g slin pins. Delts with 25 1" glutes and Lats with 23 1.5 so I can push faster due to awkward positioning.
