IForce Oatmeal Cookie Madness

My shake today was 1 scoop Protean 3/4 banana 3/4 frosted brown sugar cinnamon pop tart 6 oz water 2 oz vanilla unsweetened almond milk Handful of ice Very good!!! The brown sugar flavor was insane. Awesome concoction! I actually have more in my tub than I thought so the log will definitely keep going for at least another week or so after I get back. I was happy about that cause I'm not ready to run out of this flavor yet!
Gd damn,i dont know if its worth $5,but its pretty fukn good!

I hit some legs up today. The workout facility at the condo isn't what my bro in law described, I'll make it work. Don't remember the weights, sorry.

1 Choc chip pop tart

I had about 20 min for a workout this morning and I made that sh!t happen!!!!

My chest was exploding!!!!!! The weird this was my bi's weren't that pumped, like I couldn't find mind muscle connection. Weird!

I was definitely on a mission! No workout today. I actually got the flu while on vaca:( this fuking sucks. Thank god basketball is on! Everyone left me at the condo and is out having fun.

Wife came home from Orlando with the flu too. Is on the couch now recovering.

Your telling me, thank you. That sucks your wife got sick. I lost all food that I ate yesterday and I've barely eaten anything today. Let's just say I am lean as hell. I hope I didn't lose any size.

Bent over DB row(normal grip)

Today! Finally back home!! Got back to my own dungeon! Hit some legs today!

Squat-ss-single leg toe elevated calf raises
4x95x18-ss-4x15 reps per leg
Decided to go light and up the reps, not pausing, up and down like a piston! Burned like crazy

Hack squats
4x185x8
Drop
135 till failure, this was for every set.

Lunges
4x15 reps per leg

Leg ext-ss-toe elevated calf raises(both legs)
4x90x15-ss-4x30 reps
One big set, no rests at all, just kept going.

Sweet! I so glad I'm feeling better and back home. Back on my schedule and routine. Disney was just go go go! All the different parks, places, attractions, pure craziness! An intense family vacation
 
Here a couple shakes that turned out amazing

1 scoop Protean
1/2 scoop choc protein
1/2 blueberry muffin poptart
Water
Handfull of ice
Blend

This was very good! The cool thing was that the poptart didn't blend all the way so there were little chunks you could chew as you drank it!

Today I had probably the best tasting shake yet!

1 scoop Protean
2 nature valley crunchy oats n honey bars
Little water, around 5-6oz
Handful of ice
Blend into pure deliciousness! I didn't use a lot of water so it was nice and thick. The taste of the honey, maple and oats was amazing!
 
I like those oat n honey bars. I'm surprised they blended in ...
 
They actually blended in way better than I thought. I crushed them up as best as I could before.

Honey is my favourite carb... soo sweet yet soo good for you :p

Just curious but since Nutra doesn't have it on their website do you want the final review here on the thread or is there somewhere else you want a final review?
