Montego an Snagency tag-team with FINAFLEX in the corner

no beef in that meal - kinda defeats the purpose, in this current dietary stratagem I am running
but trust me - there is no shortage of beef in my diet :)

all that is missing is dat der sweet baby ray's, lol.

High rep TUT work for chest today. Simply brutal with moderate weight.

Flat bench
Four sets of twelve with drop sets after set three and four

Incline db press
Four sets of twelve to fifteen reps

Hammer strength inner chest press
FST7 with TUT

Pec deck
FST7 with TUT

Cable chest press. Short pressing movement, not fully stretched out extended, just pounding blood into the lower and inner pecs.
Five sets of twelve

Certainly nothing wrong with THAT!

now that one was clever, you old dog you :D

got some tennis on tap tomorrow, if the weather holds! :woohoo:
first of the yr

i recorded 2 semifinals yesterday, and both were injury walkovers....i can't remember the last time that happened....oh well, still get to see nadal and the joker!!!

i can't find anyone to play outdoors until the wind dies down and temp comes up, have to settle for indoors......but i am happy to hear you are dusting off the racquet!!!

I don't think I ever remember that happening, was wild
#1 vs #2 - doesn't get much better than that
I was mad watching the Federer-nishikori match...roger had that thing, then let it slip away

i think roger is getting mental about struggling against guys he used to walk over....i think he is fine physically, but he is hesitating and not trusting his game. not sure if he will be able to overcome this!!!

oh I agree -- he made some pretty big changes (bigger racket, more net play, change of coaches) last yr that he is still adjusting to
hard to think of him as a "work in progress" with all he has accomplished, but that is exactly what it is
he needs to embrace all his tools, fully
I think he'll be okay, as you say physically he has not lost a noticeable step at all

hard to watch roger being nervous....i really hope he can find a way to get his confidence back, but i am not so sure that will happen.

when i 1st started watching roger play one of the 1st thing i noticed is how long he watched the racquet after hitting the ball...most guys would be watching to see where the ball was going, but roger had total confidence that if he made solid contact it was going where he wanted it to go....amazing concentration!!!

Ugh. This has been a ROUGH week.

My uncle passed away Thursday from a massive heart attack. He was 54.

My daughter's mom (not my wife) was admitted to the hospital Monday. She is pregnant and only 22 weeks in and her water broke. They are going to keep her from having the baby for as long as possible but it looks like today or tomorrow she is going to have to go under the knife so they can get the kid out.

My wife went to a new endocrinologist Thursday because she has been a total wreck for the last two months. She has Graves disease and had hyperthyroidism but they removed her thyroid gland three years ago. Well her levels are still low on 220mcg of synthroid do they upped it again. They also did an EKG since she complains of heart palpitations. Welllll she has a blockage in her heart. Also when they removed her thyroid they said there was small cancer spots on it. Her old endo was supposed to be doing ultrasound on her next every three months and never did. Well she has a lump in that area but we won't know what it is until Thursday.

Fml lol.

You're always number one in my book :P

Early morning training today. Head want right the last two days so I took them as rest days even though I was extremely busy.

Triceps used to be a pretty weak point on me. They have come up quite a bit so I'm happy with progress this far. This is a pre workout pic. Was going to post pre and post pics to show difference but my post workout pic disappeared :(

Big triceps Monte, and Steve you might be interested to know I have decided to try to pick up tennis again. Going to get some rackets for me and my daughter to see if I can get her into it at all. Haven't swung a racket in a LONG TIME!

Not a tennis racket at least.

the shoes?

okay just got back from tennis...not too shabby for first time out, if I do say so myself
only thing that felt foreign to me really was my power serve (which usually takes 2-3x out to really get dialed in anyway)
everything else was groovy, slice serve was beast, even toyed around with a kick serve a bit
forehand was good, backhand was solid, and footwork was outstanding all things considered
I even went to the net a few times, dig it

Ran through an arm, ab, calf workout today.

Db Curls
Db hammer curls
Db hammer cross body curls

Rope extensions
Close grip bench
Band skull crushes
Reverse grip cable extension

Seated Cybex calf press

Hanging leg raises

Good session. Good pump. Good day!
