My old gym they were fat and teaching improper form. It's annoying as fuk though. Like who's gonna take fitness advice from a fat fuk. For real man.

When I was head trainer at the gym I worked at right out of college I was in awesome shape and the other older trainers were dunkin donuts addicts. They couldn't figure out why I kept getting clients. Drove them nuts and kept my pockets full. Loved it!
 
I travel quite a bit for work, so I'm at a Y in ohio working chest, on my 3rd warm up set with 225 on the bar. Freaking skinny effer walks behind me and proceeds to put his effing hands under the bar as I'm warming up. The little sh!t ruined my workout. Me too bro. I am gunna walk on to a show in June 7th too. That will be my last show. Should be about 10lbs heavier on stage after I rebound after April 26th. Then after June 7th time to BULK!! I will be cruising on tren E and test E from June till August and bulk "natty" after that I will blast slin at around 100iu ed with 10iu GH (maybe 8) with a ton of short esters carried into long esters for another 6weeks. Total a 10week blast bulk before I clean up my diet for show next spring. My coach wants me at 240 10% off season but putting me on the smaller size of heavyweights on stage. But I look bigger because I'm only 5'8"
