Okay so basically im asking how to suppress appetite or help keep myself eating clean? I will eat clean then sometimes after 3pm i start to crave unhealthy foods and end up giving in around 7-11pm. im trying to cut down some weight and i keep ****ing up and this has been an ongoing thing for probably the past 3 years but im trying to really slim down now and its a real bitch. Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Try norcodrene for an appetite suppressent.

there are several top teir fatburners that will positively affect your hunger issues.
dexaprine
alphamine
redline
Norco
LCH
OeP

the list is longer than this but you can see there are many options.

Do you work a late shift?
Are you getting enough sleep?
What do you crave? A lot of times this can be solved by simply taking vitamins/minerals.

Try sleeping more if you can. I am always hungry and it makes cutting a bitch so sometimes I just fill up on water and that helps. It takes discipline to fight off those cravings but after a while you get used to it and just look forward to your next refeed or cheat meal.

Sleep Sleep Sleep. If you are not getting 7-9 hrs of quality sleep a night then nothing is going to work. Your cortisol levels are staying too high so you are going counterproductive to your goals of fat loss. The salty cravings are a sure sign of hormone imbalance due to lack of getting enough sleep. We grow when we sleep ... we recover when we sleep ... find a way to get more sleep and then I am sure things will fall in line for you
