IForce Oatmeal Cookie Madness

It's not just PB crunch, it's cereal in general. I love cereal, especially blended in a protein shake post workout.

Forgive me if I missed this in the thread, but do you let the cereal sit in the fluids to soften before mixing?
 
I hit up some arms this morning. I did things a little different and it was a lot of fun. I did 2 big giant sets, every exercise was to failure then on to the next. So the only rest was either to change weights or go to the next exercise.

I did this giant set twice! Badass pump!
 
Saying that is crazy volume would e an understatement.

It's no surprise your arms are cut up the way they are.

Another batch of protein waffles! Thanks Reggie for the recipe. These are perfect for a snack on the go instead of a protein bar, plus healthier
 
2 cups oat flour (just grind raw oats in food processor or blender to make into flour)
3 x30 gram scoops (or ¾ cup) whey protein
1 tbsp PB2
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 cup fat free Greek yogurt (I use vanilla)
4 egg whites

Front bench squats-ss-reverse decline crunches

Pretty good, I think I'm going to make another batch of the oatmeal banana Protean cookies! Those were delicious. Does anyone have any other recipes that worked well for them or something they would like me to try and make?

Delicious!!!! There wasn't a lot of liquid and with the ice it made it real thick. I think this is the best shake to date! I have one frosted brown sugar cinnamon pop tart left so tomorrow that will be in my post workout shake! Kinda excited about that!

I'm about to go shred some arms! Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm leaving for vacation tonight and I'll try to update my log trough the next week. I still will be lifting everyday while on vacation, our condo has a badass gym. I know there isn't too much left in my tub so sadly this log will be coming to an end soon:(

Thanks man! I think I'll be doing that when I get back from vacation. I know I like following all the logs as well, it really keeps you motivated and on track for your personal goals plus it's great conversation!

My shake today was

Very good!!! The brown sugar flavor was insane. Awesome concoction!

I actually have more in my tub than I thought so the log will definitely keep going for at least another week or so after I get back. I was happy about that cause I'm not ready to run out of this flavor yet!
