Forgive me if I missed this in the thread, but do you let the cereal sit in the fluids to soften before mixing?

Saying that is crazy volume would e an understatement.
It's no surprise your arms are cut up the way they are.
I hit up some arms this morning. I did things a little different and it was a lot of fun. I did 2 big giant sets, every exercise was to failure then on to the next. So the only rest was either to change weights or go to the next exercise.

I did this giant set twice! Badass pump!

When I first saw that workout post I didnt realize it was two workouts (till I started reading)... thought Pete is a wild man.. after reading... you are still a wild man lol. Great workouts bro.
I tried a new shake today, it wasn't bad
1 scoop Protean
1 cup Honey Smacks
3/4 banana
6 oz water
2 oz vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Handful of ice
Pretty good, I think I'm going to make another batch of the oatmeal banana Protean cookies! Those were delicious. Does anyone have any other recipes that worked well for them or something they would like me to try and make?

I just made a great shake!
1 scoop Protean
1 small apple skinless
6/7 oz Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Handful of ice
Delicious!!!! There wasn't a lot of liquid and with the ice it made it real thick. I think this is the best shake to date! I have one frosted brown sugar cinnamon pop tart left so tomorrow that will be in my post workout shake! Kinda excited about that!

For sure! I'm pretty much following MI40 workouts and routines as best I can. They had the dips at the end but I turned it into super setsNice arm day! Love all the dips. Gona steal it for 2moro.
