Ha yeah I laughed my ass off. But ain't nobody saying that to me. I go to this ghetto ass gas station out by my place in a rough part of town and the dudes in there will say stuff like "dang you a big fuk, how much you benchin?" My reply is always "more than you dawg". They are always saying stupid stuff when I walk in. "Here comes the gorilla" or my favorite "everyone hide your food!" I look like a felon covered in tattoos and rocking high top nikes with flat bill hats. So I get "street respect" for being big in the rough part of town hahaha. If anyone hangs around convicts or in a pretty rough part of town they know what I mean.

hahaha, when I visit my sister in New Orleans for Mardi Gras, that's the best comments from the peanut gallery I've ever heard. It's this big white guy in a sea of black people. The comments are endless, none of these people hold back their words, they're all wasted and in large numbers lol, I love it. "Everyone hide your food is a good one" haha

It's great man. I hang with a "rough" crowd. Always have and the comments are great. I'm usually around bikers and chillin at my local ink shop that's pagan run. Anyone who spends time around people that ride on the wrong side of the law or are in the gray area know. Size brings respect. Along with other stuff but a big dude covered in ink brings something to the table that a skinny guy doesn't.
 
A guy went to high school with was convicted of insurance fraud, so he's a convict. Does that count?

Saw a guy with 4 "tear" tattoos on his face the other day. Little skinny white guy too. Hard for me to believe he really killed 4 people. But hey, you never know.

yeah one of my buddies I trained for a couple years was 5'8" 165lbs and he could rep 315 for 3 clean, people were like wtf?! I would actually try to not laugh when I would stand over him incase he needed a spot because it looked soo absurd with him under all that weight. He's pretty jacked for a smaller guy tho, we just can't get his fckn legs to grow, I've destroyed him for legs and force fed him, lol, they just grow at a snails pace compared to the rest of his body, they get stronger, just not larger

A buddy of mine who reminds me of DD. He was prepping for his first show at 38 and got pancreatitis, so still no show.

He has recovered but doesn't want to take a chance getting it again. He walks around 255 onion thin skin about 5'10". He was working with a IFBB pro female on his posing, I thought he would have done some damage in Mr Ok.

Nice man. Hope he can get back without getting sick if he decides too. He's built great. Really appealing muscle structure. He carries it nice.
 
Update on my ankle... So I skipped my AIs last night and this morning. Pinned 25mg tne this morning to wet up my joints. Pinned 1.5iu GH into my ankle and stretched it out for 10 min. I then iced it up for 30 min then headed to the gym and did 30 min of cardio. After cardio I iced it for 30min and pinned another 1.5iu GH into the other side. Took my AIs with lunch and am drying back out. Ankle feels good now just not stiff. Gunna skip heavy squats and front squats tomorrow on leg day. The swelling is going down so it's looking good. Still gonna pin GH into the ankle for 2 more days and ice it until Monday and use some heat after stretching. All that sound legit Natty?

Looks good. Monday, do 3 mins cold, 1 min hot. Do four cycles of that.

Oh ok. If it is a ligament sprain stretching won't help? I woke up and it was super stiff but after stretching and the icing it felt better and I got mobility back. What's the reason for that? I'm clueless at this stuff is why I ask

thanks man, he is a good dude. i trained him last year he ween from 260lbs to 196lbs, all from diet and lifting. he is now at 220 and wants to run a recomp. he has never run anykind of aas, ph or DS. his BF% is higher than i would normally advise but he is sticking pretty close and we have worked out a new diet and a solid lift scheduled. his cycle will be 12 weeks of test e at 500mg per week, and 4 weeks of SD at 20mg. again i wouldn't advise this to most people but hes not most people, and i will be monitoring his progress daily. pics every Saturday.

our goal is to finish cycle at 220 and to drop 10%bf. i thought about having him run sd at 10mg ed for 6 weeks, but we decided to run it traditionally. 4 weeks on a very clean diet with one cheat meal a week and one refeed after leg day. he is really good at following direction so it should be a fun log to follow as far as results go.

Do pics the day after legs or whatever is the heaviest day. The best time for pics is after a few meals so that your muscles are nice and full but not watery looking from too many carbs and too much water. He just needs to find the time of day he looks the best. For me its wednesday which is an off day right after my second leg day. Right between meals 4-5 out of 7.

Walking on it is enough movement and stretch to make it quit hurting. I would avoid passively or accidentally moving it inward (the way it rolled)!
 
Man I missed all the talk about bulking up big! I did a couple cuts bouncing between 160-180 and now I've realized that's stupid not cutting again till I'm minimum 220.

Looking shredded DD hard to believe you weren't even flexing that last pic.
 
I'm not cutting until I'm ~345. Or never. Or when I'm too old to be strong.
the guy that signed me up for the gym I went to in Orlando weighed 345, he was huge, he could bench almost 900 with a vest, he was 44, I guess that was the world record for a 44 year old at the time, I'm not into lifting with a vest tho.

Can i get some thoughts on this split? Just wondering what people thought of my workout split. Currently cutting right now. Mon- Back, bicep, rear delt Tues- Chest, tri, front delt Wed- core, mobility, and stretching (got to fix my posture) Thurs- off Fri- posterior chain, forearm, calves, and upper traps Sat- Quads, mid delt, core Sun- off

Sort of mimics a push pull legs split, but with a split leg day
