Oh there is so much natural going on with those gallery photos especially the double peaked separated biceps that look like a ****ing softball. 250 pounds 12 percent bodyfat. Anyone can do that with a good diet and some creatine LMAO. BTW how is she living on 800 cals? Her body is NOT liking that believe me

I have a feeling she cheats on her diet sometimes which keeps her sane. Calories are so low a few cheats don't affect it

Dude was hilarious and was instrumental in starting the physique movement. But was an idiot from my point of view. Seemed like a nice guy and his antics crack me up but his lifestyle choices had him doomed from the start. Just like a lot of people he got really famous after he died. But if it takes death to make you famous....

Totally had a non dbag moment in the gym today.

I was beastin as usual through a heavy back workout and this little guy maybe 150lbs was watching me. I see him in there regularly and he beasts some nice weight and puts in work just never talked to him. I didn't pay attention because a lot of people stare at me in my stringer because I am kinda awkwardly tan for this time of the year lol. Anyways he comes up and patiently waits for me to finish my superset and asks me if I got a minute. I say sure bro wassup? He asks me if I could help him with a basic bulking routine because he deploys next week and wants some help. I have him a few pointers and told him to wait for me to finish my workout and come find me. This little fuker waited nice and patiently while I burned through another 5 exercises and waited at the front of the gym until I was leaving. I was impressed so I sat down and gave him a complete diet and workout routine based off of my last bulk. This kid was so happy I thought he was gunna hug me or some sh*t. Anyways I did my nice deed for the week... Back to being normal me

Thanks everyone else. Normally I would just tell people to eat more food and fuk off like normal. But this guy is consistently there doing work and I think just needed to get pointed in the right direction. Kinda reminded myself of me at 145lbs just a bit shorter... And he was Puerto Rican lol. But my kinda build when I weighed that much.
 
Here is a couple that bug me currently. Apparently the latest craze at my gym is doing drop sets with barbells for various movements. What bugs me is guys will gather up 10 or more of the 25# plates and stack them on a bench or rack. When they are done, and I need a plate, I have to hunt all over the gym since they are all stacked on the same bench or rack.

The second part that bugs me is when I am on a bench or rack in the middle of a set and one of the plate hoarders comes over and starts pulling plates of my equipment that I was going to use. Its not a big deal if there are multiples since I always up the plate to the next size when possible. But when its the last one and they take it, now I have to go hunt for the plate when I need it.

Why do you go hunt for a plate that shouldn't be taken in the first place? Just get the one they took when you finish your set man...

There is a guy who actually works at the gym and he wears extra shmedium compression shirts loads the leg press up does 1/4 reps and then screams for help yesterday when he can't get it.

Every time he lifts I laugh my a$$ off because he thinks he's such a beast. He logs everything and probably weighs 160. If he ever gets in my way I'm going to crush his soul.
 
Speaking of weird squatters. There is a guy that does some kind of Pilates squat or something. You stand on one leg, cross your other ankle over your knee like you would if you were sitting in a chair and your ankle was on top of your knee. Then do a quarter squat on one leg with 135 on the bar.

The next week same guy decides to kick it up a notch. He does the same move, but this time he has a Bosu ball upside down with the flat side up. Now he is doing his one legged quarter squats balancing on a half ball. And his bud comes in wearing his doo rag and long argyle socks pulled up to his knees like he just competed in the Reebok Women's Cross it championship.
 
Saw a guy doing 135 squats with 1/4 reps yesterday, it was pretty legendary,
Most mornings I watch a trainer and his client do half a** reps of every exercise! Sad when a chick can out-lift a guy and with proper form! ;P
