The Resident Pencil Neck's Cycle Log

Little bit about this log. I'm a rock climber I have spent the last 9 months rehabbing both a broken wrist and ankle from a super nasty spill that required several surgeries to restore both to as close to healthy and fully functional as possible.

I'm 5'10 156'ish it fluctuates often
I'm currently eating anywhere between 2500-2700 cals a day will be upping to 3500 cals for the first two weeks to see how the scale moves and adjust accordingly.

My goals for this cycle
-Weigh 175
-Not die
-Make all kinds of gains
-Steal ya woman
-Provide a detailed log for you muscle freak beasts to amuse yourselves with

Running this long 8 week cycle with basically nothing but the Olympus Labs line of PH's, PCT's and cycle supports
The supps

-1 bottle of EP15TANE
-1 bottle of TR3N
-2 bottles of AR1MACARE PRO
-CLOMID
- SUP3R PCT
- STR3ngth
- DAA

The cycle

- Epi 30/45/45/45/45/45
- TR3N 0/0/0/60/60/90/90/90
- AR1MACARE PRO 4 caps/day through the whole cycle

The Pct

- CLOMID 50/50/25/25
- - SUP3R PCT 4 caps/day days 1-19, 3 caps/day days 20-26, 2 caps/day days 27-34, 1 cap/day days 35-41 (reason for tapering it down is to avoid possible estrogen rebound)
- STR3NGTH - 3 caps a day for 40 days
- DAA - 3 grams before bed

Tell us few words about your cycle history and training! Most of us train for strength and size, but you are a climber - how it reflects to your training and goals?

This is definitely an "unorthodox" log, it'll be interesting to see how those compounds affect to your climbing and how they'll help you to gain back the muscle mass you've lost.

I've run Hdrol in the past it was nice while I cycle but I didn't pct properly so I lost most of what I'd gained. A lot of my training is centralized around body weight manipulation with things along the line of holding myself flat against a hanging wall to really blast core and build serious grip and shoulder strength. I mostly focus on pushing calisthenics as far as I can with the addition of a weighted vest of 40lbs whilst climbing and doing dips, push ups, hand stand push ups.

I'll try to post videos periodically showing some of the things I do that might be foreign to you body builders like holding on to two tennis ball sized stones suspended from chains to do pull ups to build all the small muscles and grip strength in my fingers and really hit the core for as much stability as possible.

Most of my exercise and training is revolved around efficiency and endurance in regards to being able to cling to a rock face and be as mobile as possible while ascending it without plummeting to a monty python style hilarious death

My cousin is an avid climber in the New England area. He was ranked in the top-10 nationwide for the under 18 group.

Took me out a few times and I thought I was in good shape lol. Some tough work.

I've never climbed competitively gets too expensive just as a recreational climber. Yeah it's definitely a different kind of strength than the typical body building style. It's really focused on power to weight ratio gotta be strong but can't get too big or you lose that sweet spot for climbing

Oh I haven't started logging my cycle yet yall because for some reason my support supps didn't ship with my epi and **** so the tracking number says it's out for delivery today so hopefully tomorrow morning my first epic log will be posted and you can all start mirin my gains

I'm actually going to run Epi, tr3st and lean cuts.

I got my boy to do Epi, and furaza alongside andro factories focus.
 
Alright yall just got done with my first workout on epi and olympus's pre warm up. Can't really give much info on the epi as it's only day one.

But the pre work out was off the ****ing chain i've never felt like I could snap a chain like that in my life. I felt like I had endless endurance even when doing my hardest workouts like weighted pull ups and and muscle ups. It was a very in the zone but euphoric feeling. the best way to describe it honestly is that moment when you know you are about to get a blow job yall know what i'm talking about that feeling where You're stoked and simultaneously feel like the absolute alpha male like gorillas show you respect and the pump i got was ****ing sick. I'm not a big guy as most of you know but man i certainly looked larger than i normally have compared to other super stimmed products like stimul8. the vascularity really came out and made me look like an almost big. I'll definitely be getting a tub of this when it drops

energy 10/10 felt very clean, no jitters

focus 9/10 kinda got tunnel vision but felt very in the zone

lasting energy 10/10 took it at noon and still feel very up, alert and full of energy but this could be to my scrawn bitch frame.

taste was 9/10 not super sweet but not too bitter. was fruit punchy in taste i'd say and mixed quite nicely had slight settling but over all a shake or two of my bottle and it was homogeneous again.
 
Ok didn't update for the weekend was really busy.

it's day 4 of my cycle now. Not really noticing anything impressive yet other than my adonis like body :439: . Not really expecting anything spectacular until 2 or so weeks in which is fine by me since i've got 6 weeks after that to make all kinds of gains.

yeah by week two i expect to be 225 8% bf grow 3 inches and fluent in 16 languages. I have high expectations
 
I agree, week 2 is where it starts to shine for me too but for some people it may not start doing it's magic until early week 3. Messer is pretty light so I think he'll notice it on week 2 though.

Can't wait to see how this turns out :)

Today I felt a little stronger I don't know if it was just in my head but all around I felt pretty aggressive while lifting not in a bad way just really ready to ****ing shred the gym. scale says i'm up to 160 but i've been eating like I just got out of a concentration camp. will provide serious updates around week 2 when this beast mode cycle kicks in
