Huge thanks to iForce and Vaughn for hookin me up with a full jug of their new Protean.

I will doing a log based on how I consume it, whether it be a shake or baking with it. I have plenty of things I want to try with this flavor.

Opening it was fun. Always enjoy opening protein to get a smell instantly. You can definitely smell the brown sugar maple. It is a pretty strong smell but it is a nice smell and smells exactly what it is suppose to.

Scooper was pretty far down the tub but that ain't no biggie.

First thing I did upon receiving this was use in with some cream of wheat and grinded up oatmeal after class.

Grinded oats and half scoop of brown sugar maple protean mixed with about 1/2 cup almond milk to make a paste.

This was pretty tasty. Making it into cookies and letting it sit for about an hour would of been cool but I was too hungry to wait.

Here is a serving and a half of cream of wheat with 3/4 scoop protean. Mixed instantly with no clumps or balls.

Finished product was also very good. Adding a Splenda packet or honey would of been way good.

So far I am impressed with the flavoring when just mixing into some oats and cream of wheat. Definitely will keep messing with adding other ingredients to see how I can enhance it.

Next up will be a shake post-workout later today.

So I used 1.5 scoop protean and .5 scoop for topping mix.

It mixed instantly in the blend and it was mixed by hand with a spoon.

Took about 15 min to cook all 4 pancakes, and I think I ate it in about 2 minutes. The brown maple sugar flavor was definitely noticed and the taste was very nice.

I will be adding some different fruit topping and others things next time.

Mixed with 10oz water today with 1.5 scoops.

Blended up real nice in a shaker bottle with no clumps. I tend to just use a nutra bullet but for this purpose just blender bottle.

Taste: 8/10. I will need to mess with the amount of water. It was good don't get me wrong but I think with less water it will be very good.

Picked up some stuff at the store the bake with either tomorrow or Sunday.

Mixed up some Greek yogurt.

Mixed up very nicely.

Taste was very good. Mixed .5 scoop with 1.5 cup Greek yogurt with some maple flavored granola.

Made some dinner. I was craving sweet potato fries. Made some dip for the fries consisting of: Greek yogurt, Splenda, cinnamon, and brown maple sugar protean.

The dip was bomb and went with the fries amazingly. I seriously recommend others try this if you like sweet potatoes/fries.

what about putting that on French toast?? yeah.. I think i'll try that this sun.

Good idea as well. I'm going to try to make some cookies tomorrow or Sunday.

Someone needs to make a fudge with this.

If I had any maple protein I would be all over it

Do you have a good recipe?! I'd be down to try

Havent had a powder I wanted to try it with yet, was planning on this one or a variation of it once I grab this protein.

Ingredients
4 tbsp coconut butter
4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk(or if you can handle dairy, use whatever milk you'd like)
1 scoop protein powder

Directions
In the Blender, place four tbsp of coconut butter.
Microwave for 20 seconds to melt the butter.
Add 4 tbsp almond milk to Blender
Add one scoop protein powder to Blender
Blend mixture in Blender until well combined.
Pour mixture into a plastic-lined Tupperware container, distribute evenly.
Place container in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes.
Check fudge for hardness.
Remove fudge from container by pulling up on the plastic lining.
Take fudge out of lining and place on plate.
Cut block into one-inch squares.

That is a basic one I just copied off of a site we can't link to here lol. All fudge recipes are simple and a lot are no-bake

Gonna do this driven!

Maple brown sugar bacon anyone?

the very first impression I had was maple bar doughnuts! swear it is a near perfect replacement for my taste buds.

Have to stop coming by here. I am overstocked on protein when my order gets here but this one keeps tempting me as well.

Seriously considering mixing up some protean and throwing it on the bacon (once fully cooked) for about a minute to let it set in. Might try today.

Made a shake consisting of:
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop protean
1 banana
2 tbsp honey
Few ice cubes

The shake was very good and thick. I sometimes do and sometimes do not like thick shakes but this one was perfect the way it was. Could really taste the brown sugar maple protean flavor.

So far I am very impressed with the flavor and how it mixes. Still need to cook more with it when I have more time. Been meaning to but been stuck studying. I will have to cook a few things up that way I have things to take with me to the library next week.

Made some cookies over the weekend. They were pretty good. Need to mess with the ingredients a bit though.

Going to make some more tomorrow and I'll get the recipe and macros up with pictures.

Other then that, been just making different shakes with water and almond milk mixing with different types of ingredients.

Here are the cookies I made. If anyone wants the recipe, I will attach it.

These were very good and soft. Ate them in one sitting in about 10 minutes.

Made some French toast also. The toppings are SFFF Whip Cream, Sugar free chocolate syrup, and sugar free maple syrup. They could of been are without the toppings, but I wanted to see how it tasted.

Tasted very good and cooked very easily.

Worst day to skip breakfast :p Looks amazing!

Just made some cream of rice:

1.5 servings of cream of rice
1.25 scoop protean
Dash of cinnamon
Splenda packet

Stuff was awesome! Highly recommend trying this.

Okay, so I made some brown sugar maple protean loaves the other day. I totally spaced taking any pictures, so my bad on that.

Anyways, it was way good. Could definitely taste the protean. I added some extra flavoring like Splenda, Cocoa, and some honey, but still the main taste/flavor was brown maple sugar.

I have a few scoops left of this protean. I will more then likely just make some shakes with it.

I will have one more serving with some cream of wheat, which is an amazing combo.

actually mixed with this protonz... it make even strait ole oats taste incredible and even my kids think its just some store bought instant.. when my son found out how I made it he was like OHmy DAYUM.

It really does go great with plenty of things to mix in.

lmao.. how old is he?

Used my last few scoops. Made some more cream of rice. Added dark chocolate peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and Splenda. Sh!t was bomb.

Also made some pancakes again (small batch). Didn't need to use any topping or anything. Actually ate it when I was studying in the library.

I will get the final review up tonight or tomorrow.
