No Nonsense Supplments that WORK.... No BS

Hey in my short time here I've seen a lot of supps being posted. 90% of those supps have more than 60% of the posters saying "they dont feel anything working" or "it doesn't work". What are the tried and true supplements that work? I think also the business model today is to try and "sexy" up certain things to increase sales with case in point Creatine MonoHydrate. I spent a lot of money in past years before I really observed and got educated to a lot of the gimmicks.

My picks of tried and true supps are Whey Protein, Branched Chain Amino's, Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure if possible) and a great quality Glucosamine Chondroitin/Fish Oil. These things have been PROVEN with actual lab studies with human subjects to work time in and time out.


Anyone have any other tried, true supplements??
 
Caffeine, Yohimbine, Agmatine, beta alanine.

To name a few.

Coryceps is the supplement I "feel" working the most or notice the effects, aside from stimulants. Also the mental effects from ALCAR, and the hunger increases from Anabeta.

I have had a lot of gains from other supps, but these have been the ones I have felt or seen the effects somewhat accutely.

What do you feel from cordyceps? I have a tub and haven't tried it yet.
 
I believe the effects on endurance are fairly pronounced.

Have you tried it before? If so, how did it compare to GPLC/PLCAR in that regard? I used GPLC and was really surprised by the endurance increase and the increase in sweating (so I'm guessing it had a thermo effect as well).

Buy bulk and mix with crystal light (if you want a flavoring system). Problem solved and money saved ;)

Small dose of beta alanine gave me much nervous energy. Small dose of Tongkat Ali 100 turned me into a Beserker(ala Tony Montana) for four hours. A repeatedly defecated like a grizzly bear.(adrenalin?) After that last one, never again will I be a test bed for stuff.

BCAA, Creatine. L-Tyrosine gave me much focus.
Maybe ZMA and NO.(These were bundled with previous Creatine provider)

I learned from here that Glutamine, L-Carnitine(ALCAR) does not digest/absorb properly in the stomach and is wasted.

Protein powders are an alternative food source.
