Nice workout man. I love SS weights with bands. Awesome burn. Look to be leaning out, IMO.

Yeah pump is nice from it. Glad I have stuff to at least get some form of lifting in but missing the gym greatly. Def a lil leaner. My macros have had a lot of short days in the last two weeks. Gonna finish out my plan over the next couple weeks then might make a large drop for a few weeks see where it takes me.

I'm at about 2500 a day right now. Give or take a lil. Prolly hover around 2000 for a while sometime in the near future

Just try try and trim off the unwanted excess then. So I can try stacking some good mass back on

I heard that. I'm ready to jump in and up calories when I stry lifting again, but this month off probably will set me back two months.

Hitting the iron has always been a great stress relief for me in the past.

Ha ha, yup, I eat 2 cloves with breaky, than an hr later, I take stimul8 , run to the gym n sweat it out! Life is good!!
Ppl stay outta my way, n I just grin n super set the sh!t outta everything, lol, I destroy!!!!
I'm gonna time n count my total reps next time, just for kicks, lol.....
It's my first week using stimul8 n I'm a fkn machine....ha ha....

I'm always up for trying things twice. Even if I don't like them. Pretty sure I've had it though. Is there more than one type of rye bread??

Well, sure. Some are more grainy than others, some are marbled/mixed with pumpernickel; and like most things, some brands taste way better/worse than others.

Personally, I like Panera's rye, and there is a brand that Publix carries but I don't know it off the top of my head.
