My wife has a shake weight, body blade, and ab rocker she'll sell you, you can use them with that fitbit.

you do that too? i hate when i walk up to the db rack to grab a set of bells and some dumb mother f*cker is standing 6" away from it where no one can get up into the dumbbells or re-rack the ones they're using, or even worse the ass holes leaning on it doing f*cking db rows i'll push right the f*ck up in there and start grabbing whatever i need, dont care if their mid set. they can move. yo use a god damn bench like everyone else, if its too low just raise the damn back of it its adjustable. i've had a few skinny kiddies mouth off to me about it. i turn hulk green and tell them they aint the only mother f*ckers in the gym, other people need to get up into the racks to keep their rest times plausible and keep their work outs going especially in dropsets and such.

theres 3 things that annoy the crap out of me, curlers in the squat rack on leg day, people that stand in the way and people that dont rack their weights. its like, yo you f*ckin done yet bro?

I'd smack you with my db for interrupting my set there's only 2 benches at my gym so 90% of the time the only place you can do rows is on the rack. Gotta work with the space you got u can wait 15-30 seconds for me to finish a set hell I may even stop breathe and look around to see if anyone in my vicinity is waiting to grab something.

On another note dbag move by the wife going to use the tanning beds while she's sick nobody wants her damn germs

Almost saw a fight between some ghetto ass Asian dude dressed like kai greene and some old guy, it was hilarious. Asian was stretching between sets on the pole right next to the cable machine he was using and old guy tried to go like 6" away from him and steal his machine lol

wow so i saw this kid who ive known FOREVER, but havent seen in so god damn long. hes been up at school. this kid was blown up before he left for school and now he came back and he looks like he lost everything. i know he cycles but goddamn i feel bad for the kid. losing all those gains :(

Saw someone like that too man but by the look on his face he seemed happy. I mean this dude was huge, lean and mean. Maybe something medical happened who knows. Some people just get tired of the lifestyle, having to eat thousands of calories, etc. now as far as douchebags go this one really ****ing pissed me off. Walked into locker room after lifting. Was already pissed and obsessing because I'm shredding up and losing some strength. Having to change EVERY aspect of my workout now. Anyway I had a receipt in my pocket so I throw it away and accidentally chuck my keys with it. I reach into grab it, grab my keys then stop dead as I realize my finger is a cm away from the tip of a used syringe! **** whoever disposed of that shyt would have had to go to the hospital if I got pricked.

Sucks man. I don't think I could ever get bored of this "lifestyle". Yeah he's cycled so many times and he's only 20, I hope he's alright. I didn't want to say anything because no one likes being called small.

Lol Jd time your carbs better! My strength is staying the same/better and I'm cutting. Except tonight because I had horrible meal placement and I was tired as ell. Oh well it happens.
 
It's hard to keep strength while cutting and off... I think I've done ok but the other day chest felt kinda hard. I've been putting up 130 dbs for 10 no problem but 8 was a struggle :( I'm chalking it up to lack of sleep and low carbs, but w/e. Going back on in less than 2 weeks.

Geezuss... all I wanted to do was max power bench tonight. Every jerk off decided to use all the straight bars for frigggn curls. The same nut sacks, doing the same damn exercise everytime they come in to the gym. I finally get a bench and a know it all, 100lb personal trainer trys to inform me on my form being wrong by arching my back and tucking my shoulders for a power press....
 
I'm doing rack pulls at the squat rack and some guy came up and asked how many sets I had left. I said 3 and he told me that I was gonna mess up his squats and if I can move somewhere else to finish my sets. That my lifts weren't important because rack pulls does not help my dead lifts, they're only for squats. I wish I could be an a**hole and say F you, it's not my fault you came late. Yes, I moved back to finish my SLDL and he's fukin squatting 135 with 5lb plates under his feet. Smh
