Post workout I made a new shake. The cream of wheat maple brown sugar that I used in the sludge I decided to put in a shake. It was very good and I made it super thick.
1 level scoop Protean
1 packet of the cream of wheat
4oz water
2oz vanilla almond milk
Handful of ice
Blend, enjoy
I'm going to eat the PB cup with lunch and I'll post it then cause I want to take the cupcake wrapper down to show you guys the layers. Then I'm making MORE!
