IForce Oatmeal Cookie Madness

Post workout I made a new shake. The cream of wheat maple brown sugar that I used in the sludge I decided to put in a shake. It was very good and I made it super thick.

1 level scoop Protean
1 packet of the cream of wheat
4oz water
2oz vanilla almond milk
Handful of ice
Blend, enjoy:)

I'm going to eat the PB cup with lunch and I'll post it then cause I want to take the cupcake wrapper down to show you guys the layers. Then I'm making MORE!

Looks like the ones I made with Select :) Found and tried a few methods, did you do the triple-freeze?
The recipe I had said it would make 4 but I got 2 out of it. After I made the 2 batters in separate dishes then layered them I put them in the freezer. It said only 15 min in the freezer but I left it in longer. The first one I took out after an hour and the bottom was still a little soft and the second one I took out today so it was in there for 24 hrs. It was like a brick but a delicious brick!

How I did this

In first bowl
1 heaping scoop Protein
2 tbsp Greek yogurt, I had non fat plain but a flavored one would of been insane!
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
Use a little vanilla almond milk or water, normal milk, whatever you want to make it an easy pourable consistency.

In second bowl
2 tbsp PB
I used vanilla almond milk to make the pourable consistency but you can use whatever

Take two cupcake liners and fill just enough to cover the bottom of the liners with the protein mixture.
Then split the PB mixture between the two.
Then take the rest of the protein mixture and split between the two again.
Put in the freezer for as long as you want. I took the first one out after an hr and the bottom was still a little soft then I took the second one out after 24 hrs and it was obviously like a brick.

Enjoy cause they are delicious. Next time I will try a flavored Greek yogurt.
 
Freeze time is longer but this also works with almond/coconut milk, just need more powder to thicken, or xantham/guar gum.

Oh and swapping the PB for Nutella = amazing

The past couple days I haven't made anything new recipe wise but I've continued my post workout shake of

Yes I have it's very good! Even better mixed in the shakes! I've already had Lecheek's pre stack with the SpeedX3 and PumpX3 for a couple weeks now and it s a great stack. That's the reason I asked about the Stimul8. When monte said you were picking In a week or two, I figured I'd be done in enough time to log that bad boy!

I've always wanted to try stimul8. I've used Ignite 2 and that was great. I've heard that Stimul8 is powerful! I need something like that cause I have to lift early, anywhere from 5-8 in the morning. I have to go from sleep to lifting in a short amount of time. Kinda sucks but I don't have another time of the day thats available right now.

3) my early morning workouts require me to go from sleep to lifting in a short amount of time as well. Stimul8 is a good one to use.

Thanks Kenpo! I'm pretty excited about Snap-On! It kind of came from nowhere and I wasn't really looking for a job but I couldn't pass this up for nothing. Seems like the Ferox is getting you up and going pretty well for a morning lifter.

Ignite 2 is really good! I hope I get picked for Stimul8, I want to try it soooo bad! I have not seen a bad review for it at all.

It is cherry limeade! I tried this for the first time today and sipped on it during my workout and I will say I think it is the best tasting supplement I've EVER tried!

Have you tasted the new G8? I ask because that has been my current favorite tasting supp an wanted to know how they compare.

But, there are a lot of things I haven't tried yet.

I also have yet to try any orange flavored supps, but have a few on my list as well

Switching up my protein shake for tomorrow. I think I'm going with some PB captain crunch! I think I'm going to try to make some fudge that was posted on one of the other logs.

It's not just PB crunch, it's cereal in general. I love cereal, especially blended in a protein shake post workout.
