Dave's Newest bulk into cut for show. AAS, SLIN and GH

Good stuff. I don't do ANY front delt work. Chest days hit the hard already plus any overhead style press does too. If I hit them on shoulder day to with raises they grow faster than my chest and overpower it... Delaying chest growth. Just food for though since a lot of guys have over developed front deltoids

This is my mentality as well. I haven't done any direct front delt work in a long time.

New pics.. Yesterday's posing clinic and then a selfy for puccah to drool over. Mags likes the beast pics lol <img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=98210"/> <img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=98211"/>
damn Dave impressive lat spread my friend ! Looking good bro!

Yeah man too bad. I would love to push some serious weight with you.

I got some pretty serious ham workouts you might enjoy. I literally grew hamstrings in less than a year

I barely do anything direct for hamstrings and mine are hard as rock and I can feel them popping when I flex, not lean enough to see them though. I have a big emphasis on deadlifts though and I always do either straight legs or good mornings on leg day for 4-5 sets. Sometimes on back day though I'll do 6-8 sets of deads.

If this is how Dave looks with focusing on nothing but bodybuilding and using a plethora of drugs plus years of training then how the **** do people end up looking like Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath, Jay cutler and all of them? I just don't get it. What do those bodybuilders do that's so drastically different?

dave has been going HAM for about the last year (right?) those guys have been going HAM for 8+ usually. Dave's progress is incredible, give him a couple more years

They have been focused and using AAS much longer lol. Phil Heath is 34 and shifted from college b-ball to BB at ~24, and he is known for making a VERY FAST entry into the world of BB. Jay Cutler however was Invalid Link Removed, and has said he started lifting as a teen. Ronnie started in football, then powerlifting, and Brian Dobson(owner of Metroflex Arlington) said he was already in competition shape when he first met him even though he had never competed.

They're genetic freaks. Is like asking why Lebron James is so good at basketball or why Barry sanders made ppl look stupid for 8years. Why will no one sniff Wayne Gretzky records?

They're the best of the best man. When the best of the best work harder than everyone else that's when thins like these caliber athletes come about. Very simple actually

Great genetics + incredible work ethic = legend

It probably also helps that when you are a pro BB and have a top level trainer you most likely have easy access to pharma grade everything. That's just a guess though.

Hey man! What supplements do you take? I wanna get big.

"I take hardworkadrol, decacalorie and trainhardavar."

Literally what I just told some f@ggot at a gas station. I almost smacked him for interrupting me flirting with the girl behind the counter.

no methylsleepbalone?

I actually heard a guy ask this to one of the bodybuilders in the gym I trained at in Orlando during college and the guy goes to him "steroids man, if you want to get big, just take fu(king steroids"

I don't use a plethora. My doses are actually modest compared to what the guys I'm competing against use.

Those guys aren't big because they use a ton of gear. They use better quality and less than what most NPC guys use to climb the ranks. Jay cutler went pro in 1996 that's almost 20 years ago. They are doing exactly what I am doing just longer. It's not a matter of more steroids, it's hard work consistency and sacrifice. They use steroids to be able to train at the level they do because a normal person couldn't handle that type of regime on natural hormones. If you think jay cutler, Phil Heath, Dorian or Coleman got where they are because they used steroids then you are naive and uneducated. They are at that level just like any professional athlete, they are willing to put in the work and time to achieve it. If it was a matter of running a bunch of GH, slin and grams of aas while eating a ton of food there would be a lot more 270lb dudes walking the streets. Tom petty didn't win more races because he had a more expensive car, tiger woods doesn't win golf because he hits the ball farther, Lebron doesn't score like he does because hes taller, Donald trump isn't rich because he's lucky. They are at the level they are at because they are still working on being better than you when you are at home sleeping.

I get what you're saying. I've never even used Gear but I get people accusing me quite often.. And after a while it gets annoying.

"lay off the roids" is the most frequent comment.

it's like, yeah bro, I took steroids to get to 5'8" 190 lb.. @10%

Not discounting your hard work because obviously you put it in, but steroids do work wonders (providing you put the work in)- the Guy can't fathom the fact that you actually did anything to get that big, and he needs validation why he's still small- so he just wants you to own up and say "yeah bro 1.5g test, 800 Mg tren, etc"

in reality this would make him feel better about his lack of dedication and work ethic.
He wants to believe you lay in bed all day, and take a few pills with your Mc Donald to look the way you do
Most people are like this.

My favorite is I'll say this "every morning I inject 3mls of dedication into my quad, then I take twenty mg of hard work pre workout, then right before bed I take three tabs of consistency"

Keep killing it Dave, haters gonna hate.

I agree, but without these drugs this level would not be attainable. You can't deny that.

So many people called me out about steroid use before I took anything that I said fck it and took it anyways. What's funny is no one calls me out for anything these days. Dave my post in reply to that quote was basically a summary of ur very elaborate one lol

No not at all. But the level of consistency and other things they do are unfathomable to most people.

People do what they do to be the best. In every aspect of professionalism. Wether it's running a Fortune 500 company or winning Sandows.

I refuse to give credit to steroids. Professional athletes in every sport do things to gain an edge. So saying it's not achievable without it is discrediting to them in my eyes. I won't say pro baseball players (you know who I mean) who hit home run records wouldn't have achieved it without steroids. They spend more time in batting cages than everyone else. Hyperbaric sleeping chambers, eyes surgeries, blood doping, resistance training, summer camps, summer leagues, etc all all ways to gain in edge. To say a pro can't get to where they are without it is disrespectful.

I'm not being disrespectful by any means.

I've competed a handful of times, and I know what it takes. It takes everything you have. Most people can't do that, they don't have it in them. To compete at the top level would be even harder.

I'm just saying that you can't discredit how much gear helps. It helps- substantially. If it didn't, jay cutler would be competing on the same stage as Layne Norton.

I don't have anything against gear use- I just know a handful of guys who slack off in the gym and get incredible results, and then try to discredit how much it helps- that bothers me.

I have nothing against the people busting their ass giving 100% using steroids. I respect what you're doing Dave.

I do have a problem with people who use it as a shortcut. The type of people who use gear to make up for the fact that they want to go get **** faced every weekend and eat like ****.

I get ****faced every weekend and eat like **** o.o
Although I still havn't taken gear yet to counter these actions.. I would :wavey:

Dave how did you find your coach???

I'll be spending 4 months in Denver for work and want to hire a coach for the first time. I know a bikini competitor from there who's going to help me out, but I want your feedback.

Naw man I ran out and have has trainhardavar insomnia.

In all seriousness aside from tren insomnia...does anyone fun it hard to sleep because they are always so f**king pumped about working out? I can never fall asleep because I am too busy thinkin about lifting

Ding ding! We have a winner!
Any debate over "steroids are cheating" or "I'd be that big if I took what he took" can be disputed with such a profound comment. A+ bro

I've had a few unplanned 3 AM can't sleep gym sessions

Skip hill is in Denver, heard nothing but great things about him

And where the **** is Hyde? I haven't seen that anorexic power lifting preteen in days.

First meet. If they'd have given me this lift my total would have been over 1,300 in Modern Raw. It didn't count cuz I hitched it a little, but it was a personal PR - no f*cking way I was gonna set that bar down without locking it out first. You can see my disappointment when he tells me it's no lift lol

Still, 567 for a gym PR ;)

I never said steroids are cheating.
If you compete in an untested meet, or show, using gear is not cheating.
If you compete in a tested organization, then yes, it is cheating.

Also, good work Hyde, awesome bro!

Oh I never read your comment. Just referring to the general argument. I agree that a rule being broken to get a distinct advantage is cheating. Unfortunately, Lance Armstrong won because he worked harder and had more God given talent than the other 1000 guys on similar drug programs.

Agreed. They were all on juice, he just got caught first.

This should by no means cause him to lose his titles
